adding 1 skill to whm, that complements/adds accessibility to the new skills part 1.
So after 3 days in the early access, I've had a chance to try whm out (whm is my main). Overall i've liked it, and still love whm. But i agree with much of what people are saying.
first of all, the spells really do look pretty gorgeous.
I've been thinking and reading all about what can be done. I'll first offer my suggestion than explain how this can hopefully relieve a lot of the issues with whm currently.
My suggestion: add 1 skill, that does 3 things.
1.) it instantly accumulates 3 lily stacks.
2.) adds 1 stack of confessions on each party memeber within range.
3.) increases attack speed (skill, spell, auto-attack) to all party members within range. i'm just throwing a percentage out there either 5% or 10% (probably more like 10%+)
it would be instant cast, and maybe have a cooldown of 2 mins or so. (i'm just throwing these numbers out there.)
reasons this helps whm: (the post was too long >.< so i'm posting the second half right after)
some ideas for whm changes
Some more thoughts on whm changes. I wrote a suggestion for another added skill, these are some other suggestions running through my head, mayhap some will find them inspiring or to think on what may be the best approach to whm.
I've been playing PVP whm and honestly i think it works pretty good:
1.) add stoneskin back as a "pvp protect" style skill. pvp protect on whm reduces damage on the target by 25% (?) for some amount of time, instant cast. i mean it would be useful in pve no? this could be stoneskin in pve and since divine benison is a thing this would work well.
2.) up percentage of shield on divine benison. I say *at least* 25% as it is in pvp.
3.) up the reduction of OGC by lilies. pvp goes up to 50% i don't see why this can't be a thing in pve as well.
3.) just make plenary indulgence affect the whole party with or without a confession stack. So if you have 0 confessions stacks on you, maybe like 300 potency or less even just so it does *something* then gaining stacks just increases the potency.
i've noticed that it seems dungeons and trials have been more heal intensive. so i'm guessing that is what SE had in mind while making whm, and it guess it makes sense, but still needs a buff i think.
