At most the way the eyeliners interact with the lighting of the eyes perhaps, but not the eyeliner itself as a new model, as when you zoom in, it is quite clearly a new and different model. Nor do I see how this could be due to unimplemented high resolution textures, as they quite clearly high-fidelity models, but made to look different. Eyebrows are sometimes quite clearly different too, but seem more high-res than before, so it can't be an issue of unimplemented high resolution textures there either.
