I doubt healing throughput was ever the problem. Dawntrail is like "There is actually some use in that third row of healing buttons" while IMHO we should have 2 rows instead of 3 and then get some fun factor into healing jobs.

Everyone got geared up and used to the slightly more involved mechanics than previously so now every enemy is back to hitting you so softly you’d be forgiven for thinking they were trying to tickle you.
Is it 8.0 yet? Maybe healing will be fun in another three years…
*inb4 new 8.0 job is another tank healer hybrid like Warrior that can solo heal most content*
I found the healing in Valigarmanda ok, but the healing in that fight is usually overblown- there's some stuff to use your buttons on, but it's still not that hard to heal through it. Either way, 72% of my casts were still Glare III/Glare IV (149/207). On the pf. With random people. And deaths. I dunno man... I feel like maybe I could be pressing more than a single button 72% of my 8 minutes and 20 seconds kill.
At any rate, the playerbase isn't a monolith. Someone who's upset at healing aoe in Valigarmanda maybe shouldn't heal to begin with. If some people are ok Glare-botting, that's great for them! I just want something else to press in the fight.
lmao, all is see is a bunch of casual healer crying days and night.
