I'll likely expand this list later as I think of more things.

Various sizes of picture frames functioning like the Angler's Canvas wall furnishing used for flowerpot flowers (roses, brightlilies, and so on). Although the images appear briefly when you harvest them from flowerpots, the art for them is very pretty and would be put to good use as another option for decorating walls with types and colors aplenty.

This is something I've been DESPERATE for. Botanical painting frames that you can buy with scrips and put your btn gatherables on! Obviously not everything has to be made printable, like how not all fish are, but it would be so cute if I could display a little botanical painting of some lavender or tiger lilies or rolanberries.

I'd also like more kitchen amenities for tabletop items. Thinking, for example:
-Olive oil decanters
-Stacked mixing bowls (ceramic for alc or gsm, metal for arm, wood for crp)
-Wall mug hanger
-Hanging fruit and veg baskets
-Standalone teapots or kettles
-Large jars for flour/sugar
-Salt shakers
-Potted herbs
-Place settings, as in a singular item that involves a full table setting of 2-3 stacked dining plates, a bowl, and silverware

As for more... realistic? requests...
-Marble half partition
-A form of the new vaulted skylight that's just a blank ceiling
-Fully dyeable door partition
-ANY Ala Mhigan furniture (maybe not all that realistic)
-Mini forms of all of the post-sb trial bosses! Come on!

Some minimalist pillars would be nice.

Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but I was asked by a GM to put this request in on the forums and this seemed the right place to do so.

So, I've had some problems with levelling up crafters, I would try on a character and I would get bored and quit. I tried a few times but always failed to keep at crafting. Anyway, I took created a new character and tried again because I had the road to 70/80 buff. Well having the road to 70/80 buff was insane and I managed to get all my crafters to 50, have some that are even 60. I'm really pleased that I've managed to this and I've decided to keep this character as my main. So I contacted SE to see if they could transfer my house to my new character so I can access the items with my new main. Unfortunately they cannot do that. I think they said it was due to technical difficulties (something I hear a lot of but don't really understand what they mean by that) and asked me to put in a request on the forums.

So here it is. It would be great if we could be allowed to transfer ownership from one character to another on the same account. However, ideally, it would be really great that the house be linked to all characters on that server so your main character, and alts could access the house. This may have been requested before because I know there are people who do enjoy alts, and I do apologise if it has, I'm just following GM's advice and requesting this here :)

I'm sure this has been mentioned before but I feel it needs repeating.

Please let us decide which direction our house faces in the plot. All these lovely house glams are awful on a lot of the old houses that have weird entrances. They always block the side entrances of houses.

The effected housing exteriors, that I know of are: The Cafe Walls, The Forge Walls, The Carbuncle Walls, and the Florist's walls.

All of these are so nice but they have permanent fixtures that block the entrance to the yard.

I understand this is primarily an issue with Large houses but I also know there are some smalls and mediums that have side entrances as well. Please... just let us flip our houses. The side entrances are awful.

I know I've personally asked for this a few times, but please allow us to add our alts as tenants or give them full access to our houses and apartments.

Please let us add tenants to our apartments/fc rooms.

Please allow us the option to give people who visit our apartments the ability to use the merchants or vendors we put in there.

Interior house customization- Removal of wall pillars & wall border. They get in the way of Many things & clip items.

Create a X, Y, Z lift, rotate & lower axis to make placing items easier (PSSST: there's already a modder who made a tool to help with this)

Increase interior housing storage/ item placement & apartment storage/ item placement

Smaller pillars. seriously, why are all of the pillars so large?

Loft/ stage/ floor items that we can use to make upper floors but we can change the skin of the floor so they're not all shiny plastic wood

I would like for all of my chars to be able to share a house as well. I would also like a mini house storage, in the same way of how FCs have a shareable storage, to go along with alts or tenants being able to use it. For furniture, would love to see more technology type of furniture, such as the high tech Allagan screens we’ve seen over the years or high tech doors that slide open. A window version of the blue moon phasmascape instead of a massive wall that I can place on a wall instead.

After crafting like 100 alcove beds for the elevated marble flooring, an alternative to this would be nice.

I'd like to see the Square Niche/Windowed Partitions in the Glade/Oasis/Riviera styles. I'd like to use the current ones in my house, but I have Glade partitions everywhere and the current ones look awful next to them...

Please add a "basic decorating set" with a square column (a geometric square base elongated to the top of the room), a cylinder column (a geometric circle base that extends to the top of the room), an extended rectangular partition that is as tall as the stage panel without the side rivets and wood back and a square loft, with similar attributes to the wooden loft... all of which have the rectangular partition texture. Even if it's from mogstore, this would be extremely helpful to decorators, especially the matching textures.

This might have been mentioned before but now that we have circle lofts, can we get rectangle ones the size of troupe stages (but skinnier)?

I think SE need to put in more effort into Ward such as random NPC roaming in the neighborhood and have random dialogues or a story chain to follow.
Also making neighborhood looks more alive and attract more people actually spend time in there

I just had a great thought for a furnishing idea, Tabletop (doll size) Mannequins. I think it would be a super cute way to display Artifact Gear and many other things. Making them actually fit in the display cabinet shelves would be pretty smart, in my opinion.

This actually seems like a really neat idea. Like, maybe they even talk about lore things or talk about the potential location of some treasure (some small glam item or something) that is located in a random spot (so its not posted on google and people just avoid reading and just skip to getting the glam item). At face value, though, I do think your suggestion would be a neat idea

I like how some of the bosses and primals get their own figure statue in game.(Sophia, Sephirot, Lakshimi, Those "weapons" sorta but in their on style but none the less.) It would be nice to use the material on something other than weapons and oddly/rare used furniture some of them made. Trophy Room ya know. I dunno it be nice to have a few statues of my favorite bosses or even monsters i've fought. I don't know how many times we've all farmed so many of these trials and now most of us pass of the material let alone rarely use em again. I think it would be bring a bit of interest to collect em and make something new.

Also I do agree with many people in the form about having our characters all share a home. Since our homes are in a way is linked to our service accounts considering we have to stay active and reach our home before our days are numbered. I don't know what the issue was back in the day. :confused:

Alterable countertops, like being able to choose between stuff like wood, granite, marble, tile, etc.

I would love to have more Ancient/Unsundered World-style furnishings and interior fittings - the Amaurot Wall Lamp, Ancient Lamp, Etheirys Globe and Akademia Prospectuses are a start (and much appreciated), but more items from the Ancient world would so welcome!

Some examples I'd love to see added are the tables and chairs from Elpis, the crystal wall clock inside the Watcher's Palace, and maybe even Amaurot and Elpis style wallpapers and floorings, including those fancy rugs seen inside the buildings in Elpis. :D

Suggestion / Request: Mirror Flip exterior walls. The Patio would work a lot better on the opposite side of the house depending on plot location.

-we can use any of the current flooring, They would work same as the current "blank"

2) Spinning disco ball either wall mount or a very tall statue, complete with the spinning and reflective lights on floor and surrounding ceiling/walls.

3) Full size Glass Partition (no trims!) The quality of the showcase glass is beautiful, I would love to have a full sized solid glass partition , no trims so we can hide edges easily)

4)Mannequins should mimic the exact facial and hair features of the retainer it copies.
I realize these are mannequins but the detail could certainly be added... high end mannequins (lol)

5) Lingering effects objects. Please consider developing an item that when placed becomes invisible BUT leaves a lingering "effect" ie? sparkles, lightning, floating leaves, simple glows of various colors etc, dripping water....
we had those in Rift and were extremely handy to achieve atmosphere.

6 Please try to allow different lighting settings /floor. I know it was shot down already but maybe they can add an additional ui just for that , an override type thing??

7) addition of Z-axis would be a huge step in the right direction please.:D

I would like partitions to not be so thick...it's fine in med and larges but you lose so much space in a small.
remove those dumb pillars that stick out from the wall, you again lose so much space covering them.
remove the pre set lights or have the ability to move them somewhere else

- One story houses that have a placement item limit the same as a medium house.
- An upstairs rather than a down stairs
- Walls with archways of different material- right now only marble is the only archway
- Clawfoot bathtubs, round bathtubs

• Imitation Stained Crystal Ornaments: reduce its hit-box, PLEASE. The moment I place a single one of these, it takes over the whole room & makes targeting anything else near-impossible.
  
• Let us remove the default pillars, ceiling beams, & windows in a room.
  
• Add Tier 5/6 (larger) Aquariums. I feel sorry for all the T4 fish that are stuck in one position for the rest of their lives.
  
• Allow every catchable fish to be placed in aquariums. That gives Fishers a viable market & adds much-needed usefulness to that job. Too many fish are flat-out useless, good only to desynth (for yet more Fine Sand). We want to see those purple octopuses & monster squids in all their glory!

Lalafell Sized furniture and a Lalafell house with a small door (but can be used by anyone)
The Lalafell furniture would be smaller to fit for Lala's but should be something that doesn't make the item useless to other players of different races

The Lala house interior would be the same size as the other houses but the door design would just be.. well small. And the windows would be lower
Lalafell sized counters/ bathtubs/ beds/ shelves/
Add hanging lights and please just take all of the great ideas ppl have requested for adding an X, Y , Z placement Axis. I want to be able to sink and float and merge items into walls without having to glitch items which can be very frustrating


Please remove the ugly border from Phasmascape scenes. They often get in the way of designs and please remove the Digital VCR screen lines. There's no reason for it to look fake imo Or introduce new types of moving scenery that look more realistic instead of a digital screen
