Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

Wait, who is even hating on Male Hrothgar now? I haven't seen hate in quite a while. Well, beyond people being disappointed about their hair being attached to their face? Though the only thing I mentioned recently about Male Hrothgar is that they look like they were originally supposed to be Garif - and how sadly they seemed to have been shunted off in favour of female Viera for the upcoming expansion. I hope I'll be proved wrong. As this was one of my worries with genderlocks etc, bad story telling.

Either way, seeing it being brought up time and time again is tiresome. Both sides need to let that crap go, because it's just an endless circle jerk of people being upset with each other because they didn't get what they want - and others are jealous/upset at those that did. And of course, those who got what they want who are laughing at those who didn't. Ain't good.

I agree that those accusing you were not in the right. I never stated at any point that they were. But they are in the minority in comparison to the hate that came from this thread early on. We all need to stop acting like we're a god damn target for each other to shoot at and work together to accomplish something. Stop displacing blame, accept what happened and apologize, and move on. As I said before, respect is a two way street, but don't be a door mat.

Yeah well, Hroth may look cool, but I still think they were a poor replacement for male Viera. But you know what, those wanting a beast like race got what they wanted. So there is no reason for people to be putting this thread under ridiculous standards and trying to deny us requesting male Viera. There is literally nothing wrong with us asking for the missing genders of both the new races.

No need to apologise, I wouldn't take nonsense from people either and sometimes it's better to speak up than just take it as some folks take that as if they've 'won the argument'. Either way, the fact it keeps popping up is a problem in itself. Hopefully, Hrothgar gets its time in the spotlight and improves with each patch. And hopefully, those regarding genderlocks can have a definite yes or no answer so we can move on. Most of all though, just need to enjoy Shadow Bringers. And of course, those who are here just to stir the poop pot can bugger off~

Oh please, when Hrothgar were announced and I showed my excitement for them I got called homophobic and sexist among plenty of other colorful phrase. Don't try to push the blame of your actions to the Hrothgar. Also why would we be aggresive if we were happy about the reveal?

Well ain't this a case of, don't paint everyone in the same paint? Yeah, those who called you 'Homophobic' and 'Sexist' were talking complete crap - are those posts still around as I want to read up on this. Not that I doubt you, but I have this silly small faith in humanity not being as stupid enough to connect [I like Hrothgar, they cuddly big cats] to = [You're homophobic and sexist for enjoying that race glamour] though, I suppose it goes both ways [I would like male Viera] = [You're an entitled piece of sh*t who attacks everyone because some people did that to me in the past], obviously everyone isn't in that boat - there may be a few but to say everyone is like that, a majority even - is a bit too far for my tastes.

I really don't see what difference it makes. They're presumably playing what they prefer most, i.e. they're benefiting from the fact that other people asked for the option to be added. Maybe it's not a great enough difference to quit the game but who cares? They're deriving value from the option added.

Those tweets have been long blocked and reported. Let me put it this way, I'm all for the inclusion of Male Viera, more glamour options are great and I'm all for giving people MORE options instead of restriction them. What I'm not for is how gross the supporters have been, they always back up when someone calls them out and pretend to be the victims

You have more trust in people than I do. :P
