so i entered the code that came with my CE like he said, but that went and made a completely different service account than my pre-order one. I was under the impression that this was a bonus code thing not something to start a completely new account that doesn't even have the pre-order bonus items in it. I can deal with starting again if that was ultimately the case, but this is rather agitating.
i bough my pre-order CE from the square-enix store itself and i did not get my code! I live in another country so if i am to wait for the physical copy of the game to get home so i can get that code to have acess to the game, i will prob have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks after the launch of the game to able to play it.
I already sent two e-mails to SE, one to the findmyorder tech support cause i cant find my order there, and another to the SE support itself... till now i havent got any anwser... oh... and i already got billied in my credit card :P
Dunno if this has been answered or not yet but if you start a new character, will the CE items and preorder items still be available for that character?
this is what you should do:
delete your current final fantasy game from your ps3
input your code through account management, not ps3 store.
redownload the game / install
pick the right service account!
update the game
play.
