Learn what, exactly? Are you referring to server stability and issues? If so please read my post on page 24, there simply is no way to prevent all issues, you hope they don't pop up and deal with them when they do.

Europe Servers are full like hell, everyone has problem, character creation is closed on almost if not every server. How can you make such mistakes as a company that is capable of basic math ?

Yeah, we really don't deserve an own Data Server... we aren't really that much people i guess... oooh they can't afford it ? That's probably because of the 1305315 Japanese Servers, so instead of investing in europe, they invest in an relativ small country and hoping for a big hit... That sure sounds like SE logic.

If SE thinks that I will be paying subscription just to be told that I can't access the server, please try again (error 1017)... Think AGAIN... I gave SE all the chances... I pre-ordered collectors' edition of 1.0.. entered the legacy programme... etc etc... If SE blows this time.. that's it... I have a little bit of self-respect left in me...

Although I have early access, I am not even participating in it.. I got the collectors edition for the in-game items, and things like that. Music, art, etc. The early access is just an extra bonus to me. :D

Well, action speaks louder than words and SE has made it clear that Japan are the first rate customers and NA/EU are 2nd rate

Guess they won't miss my money then. Too bad because the game seems rather good the few times i've been able to actually play it

You shouldn't be, they have your money and are obviously in over their heads. If you think the game is gonna be 100% smooth even at launch day your nuts. I have played probably over 50 mmos over the last 20 years. This is one of the sloppiest conditions I seen an mmo this close to launch. You should be worried and SE better get ready to start writing up refunds ( Again ).

The only thing I have a real problem with is the fact that I can't help but feel that if they would have ran Beta 4 on the 9th most of this would have been solved by now. Would have given them a little more time to beef up the servers and test all that out on Early Access.

lol this thread is hilarious. SE didn't "drop the ball" on anything. It's an awesome MMO that's having launch issues just like every other MMO has had.

The only more ridiculous thing I've seen in my roughly 18ish years of MMO gaming is the amount of whining on the Neverwinter boards during all of that game's launch problems - and that's a totally free to play game haha. So, essentially, people were complaining they couldn't get into their free game. I'd wager roughly the same thing is happening here: most of the people complaining didn't actually pay anything EXTRA to get into Early Access, you just paid earlier. I know there may be some wrinkles with the legacy players, but for the most part, the money thing is being blown out of proportion.

In closing, the game is awesome :)

There is no game that has or ever will exist that i should pay for CE twice just to be slapped with unpreparedness by a company i used to love.

From SE's letter today "From several users on some of our more congested Worlds, we have received requests for a feature which automatically logs out characters who are AFK for an extended period of time. We are actively looking into the implementation of such a feature, but have decided to first concentrate our efforts on increasing the number of Worlds and optimizing the Duty Finder servers."

So what about Legacy? What about the thousands waiting to play with friends on a legacy server? What this tells the community is that you guys are going to let problems persist on Legacy servers while brand new players will have an easier time....

That's not treating loyalty very well.

Their efforts should be SOLELY to increase server CAPACITY, # of worlds is not a fix.

if we werent limited on posting ud see a hella lot more ppl bitching SE limits our posts so we cant force the issue quite honestly all of these issues should have been fixed at the start. these problems were complained about at launch of 1.0 there is absolutely no excuse for them still being here 3 years later especially something as basic as a queue timer and an afk idle kick

I would really love to get free game time back since I cant log on an play on NA server. I have made a JP toon much like everyone else but who wants to stay on a server where most of the people dont speak the same language as you and the auto translate function is mostly worthless other than saying hello or incomming

All servers have shut down new character creation but they are still selling the game on the shelves in stores. So you cant play the game you bought and because you don't have a character, your level is too low to post on the forums! Im level 15 and I still cant even create a topic. Way to be a dick SE.
