The coin is given once you promoted to Lieutenant rank, its in your inventory not in key item. I will hold on to mine.

I need the aquamarine cross to do the Quest "Maelstrom Patrol, Interrupted" . How do I get the aquamarine cross if I can't promote without having "Maelstrom Patrol, Interrupted" done?

Click "small talk" at the quest NPC. Choose "apply for promotion". He will ask you to pay 25,000 seals for the item. Once you have it you can accept the quest. When the quest is complete you get your promotion.

You all seem to read what you wish to see, I'm not demanding the best the game has to offer. I would like to see rewards that cater for all types of players. Well honestly I think they already do that. A more casual player such as yourself does have other options. If you dont feel grinding 50K seals for the best rewards is worth it, the sergeant rewards are still very decent at a fraction of the cost. Once you have those rewards you can casually do seal gathering to slowly build up enough seals for the higher costing items.

I'm actually excited that the relic quest is so time intensive. It's about time we had a long quest that a lot of people won't or can't complete.

This topic has really gotten off track so how bout we try bringing it back wit this question.

Has anyone figured out what the new items are from Caravans, Behest and such? I've been doing a few Behest but I have yet to notice any new items from it.

Read the Behest forum that popped up Allagan Band drops off "Boss" its used surly to make Relic *one behest listed Iron Lake*

LS mate pointed out the tag line on the coin "Always Retains the Same Value" and then pointed out that is sounds like a stab at Gath ><
