That sounds sooo wrong...

Uh xD..thats the first time I heard anyone saying nut juice hahaha.
Thankfully soy, almond, hemp, anything plant based doesn’t have that protein animal milk has so I can drink those, plus they taste quite good in a cappuccino and oat “cream” seems to work great for cooking too. It’s the cheese that’s the biggest problem.
Lactose intolerant people can still eat cheese because a lot of it is naturally lactose free from the aging process, but milk allergy is due to a protein animal milk has and my body thinks thats an inflammation of some sort it needs to fight off because my body is dum-dum.
I haven't had a burger in months. It was so meh that I even forgot that I "recently" had one.
Nah it's a tasty burger. It just bare basics for one. It would help if I didn't have a hankering for this one sandwich. It's a pan fried chicken breast on a crusty bun. With prosciutto, pear slices, a mustard base sauce, arugula, parmesan and a clove of garlic rubbed against the top bun after its been toasted.
This thread needs another great recipe to get it rolling for the new year and gods please get me some mental floss so I can forget that "nut juice" was actually part of this conversation.

Hence Juice. xD
you're welcome.
good to hear about the coffee.
condolences about the cheese. Oof no pizza.
Cheese wouldn't be my biggest issue, it'd be ice cream @_@

That looks phenomenal! I'm definitely going to try SannaR's sandwich recipe with this idea.
A good crispy chicken sandwich really makes for an enjoyable meal and I love the idea of matching the chicken with prosciutto and pear slices. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Well, originally I was talking about breading a chicken breast with panko crumbs, frying it, and using that in place of the grilled chicken breast in SannaR's sandwich recipe.
BUT
You've piqued my interest. I've never had a katsu sando/sandwich before and I'm always up to trying something new.
I grew up fairly poor and it was instilled in me to never reject a food item without at least trying a few bites first. This resulted in me enjoying a vast array of dishes from different cultures. Finicky is not a word to describe me. LOL
I'm nearly sixty now and so far the only things I truly dislike are those disgusting jello salad mixes which were offered everywhere in the sixties and early seventies.
This is the best thread so far. Lots of good recipes/food recs.
I even found a new term to use: nut juice!
I love it! It's great the moderators have allowed this offtopic thread to exist. Can't wait to see what other food ideas pop up!
Oh gods, and I thought the term nut milk was bad. I'll never look at a quart of almond milk the same.
As long as Kupo Nut Juice tastes better than the in game item of Cactus Piss I don't think we have anything to worry about.
Yammy and can we get the /eatburger emote already please?
Only after everyone that wants it has a chance at the /eat pizza emote. Seriously that promotion had to be worse than the two promotions that when the EU got their chance at them they had to buy magazine subscriptions.
I just wish the /eat(food) /drinktea emotes were persistent.
/eatpizza really does need to be added to the cash shop. I want my character to enjoy pineapple pizza like I do. :<
You don't wanna know what I call the in-game chocolate orbs.
So you know how there are Lost and Helion Hrothgar?
And how their most notable characteristic being that one's monochrome and the other has brown tone-fur?
...
Yeah, I call them Hrothgar B***s.
White are Lost, Brown are Helions.
It is customary to eat them in pairs.
Would you guys want some?

Simple Turkey Burgers
from AllRecipes.com
Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- ¼ cup finely diced onion
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
Form into 12 patties.
Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
What to Put on a Turkey Burger
Just like a beef hamburger, turkey burger toppings are all up to you. You can be as creative or plain as you like.
Some common toppings include lettuce, tomato, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and pickles. Or you can try something beyond the basic toppings and add jalapeños if you want a kick, guacamole if you want something Mexican-inspired, or an egg if you're going for a breakfast-for-dinner vibe.
We'll leave the possibilities up to your imagination.
The perfect burger is just meat between two buns, you can add ketchup if you want, idc.
