This is a bit far. And by a bit I mean you have gone into SPACE ITSELF.

There is no rule in place that you cant kick people with the majority for whatever reason. Show me where in the AGB or any other ruleset.
No one gets banned for this. Never in my life did i see on this forum or any other MMORPG one that people posted a prove how they got banned for something like that. You are not required to give a reason nor even speak to kick someone

Literally the first 2 results when i gooogle "ffxiv ToS Abuse of the Votekicking system"
Tell me this isn't serious... we can't have more than 1 user that thinks difference in playstyle is just a blank check to kick out anyone for any reason right?
Tehnically speaking, I can go in a dungeon with you, and then kick you 5 minutes because I dislike your face and nothing can be done about it, because we never said a word. We never spoke, so the kick could've been for anything.
It's kind of a extremely gray area, if you don't say anything ingame, there's nothing that can really be done.
Obviously it's an example, I don't actually have a problem with you. It's silly, I disagree with it, I despise this is actually possible, but unfortunately, it kind of is.
and like i said earlier if i dont give an reason it still counts....
to be fair i DONT know what GM would say if i type "i dont like your glamour, lol!" and THEN kick you. Might ask one when i find the time and they respond
however giving no reason at all is definitely not a bannable offense.
edit: like @Crystal_Raven said basically

ć»Improper expulsion voting
This means excluding another person by manipulation of expulsion voting.
Unless you're kicked by one of the 4 items in the kicking system window or difference of playstyles, you can report them.

Going by this, they'll actually look up into it.
Lol gear glamour is not a playstyle. Seriously no words were spoken, but I looked at myself in full 380 blm gear at the time, and the only thing was my earrings. They of course looked like the healer earrings from coil.
So they took one look at me thought they were level 50 healer stuffs. I unglamoured those asap, never had it happen again.
I am not here to judge, if you wish to remove lalafell from your group do you. It is not my place to impose my idea of fun on you. Punch them away, though I personally prefer the boot, being a tin can and all.
Do you, as I said not here to judge. I mean once ran into a male Roe, I mean we kindly asked them to put on a bunny outfit so they could fit in with our group theme. Teamwork and unity play major role in group dynamic. Man refused, we did not even bother to ask you removed him. Bad for moral, cannot have that, poison, festering rot within the community.
To be honest at this point I no longer know, that was my intent, but the replies got me thinking, if we normalize the vote kick system, and remove players for any little petty thing "maybe" people would have a reason to be upset regarding a removal, but in the process people may also come to terms with the fact that people in this world rarely ever care about a random stranger, I mean for the most part how any people refer to a person by their name in a dungeon? Most the time I see people refer to one another as their job / class. End of the day in my eyes people within the DF are tools, if I do not like how the tool feels, looks, sounds, durability etc . . . trash they go and I will look for a replacement.
All jokes aside yes I was mostly joking, though I do think people REALLY care to too much about being remove from a party life goes on, sure you may waste an hour of life, but hey at the very least you do not have to waste time with a group that does not like how you play the game.
