This is an excellent and well-thought-out response. It really helps to give a glimpse behind the scenes of how such issues are handled.
We'd like to ask that you put this same approach over in PVP to help contend with the issues of bots, win-traders and hackers that plague the leaderboards and ruin the game for other players because of their exploits.

After a brief encounter with SE Support, Ticket 8110740, I'd like Yoshida to have a look at this type of response from general support and understand where there's problems arising between the player base and being able to properly inquire as to what is acceptable and not, when things have been asked before they become larger in scale.

So, uh, now that you've addressed this, when are the Ruin IV bans coming? Can you not sift combat logs for people who used Ruin IV without Further Ruin? Also, unlike Ungarmax, people used third-party cheating software to do that, so I would think it would be a pretty easy call banning them.
