That's because it's on a different skill now.

Shadow Fang is the DoT that combos off Spinning Edge; you're thinking of Dancing Edge, which has the same effect as Storm's Eye (both lost the healing down part of the skill for PvP last balancing).

Doh! You're right lol my bad xD That was a nice lil tid bit to give it then. (As you can see I only dabble in PvP just a tad xD Mostly going off of what i remember hearing about things preseason of Feast lol)

When are the actual patch notes happening. I wanna see it all :3

Will there be a live reading of the actual patch notes or are they available sometime today?

Can't find any information regarding a live reading, but i think they mentioned it in the liveletter. :confused:
