Unable to log in on PS4 :(

Jus an update:

Still cant log in, same error:/

Regarding the Vpn, im gna try again now, for some reason im doing the right connections but the vpn is'nt transferring over with the connection..strange...

Oh and no reply from Etisalat, or SE. who i have been in contact with since Wednesday:/

No contact from Etisalat for me either. I'm also hoping for some compensation for this, since it's going on for so long. I'll contact em again tomorrow via phone and email.

Has anyone tried bridging/tethering their PS4 with their computer via an Ethernet cable? And use vpn through that? As described here... Gonna try that shortly.

Incoming update, jus spent two hours figuring out the vpn issue finally got it to work on my ps4. and im getting a black screen where the login box is supposed to appear :P
After abt a min, a msg appears " Cannot connect to the server within the time limit. There might have been a problem connecting to the network, or playstation Network ir the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy."

FML.....

When this issue first started I tried proxy, free vpn and a lot of these things and nothing seemed to work. If this issue is not solved by the next patch at least I think I will start by getting me one of those usb internet from du and see how I like their internet. Then I might switch the whole house.

But I'm here crossing fingers that SE, Etisalat and PSN solve this for us >_<

I'm gonna use the social media for all the 3 platforms, already did yesterday @AskPlaystation, will do today @Etisalat_Care and SE

Also don't bother calling Etisalat coz they'll verify your account provide the latest offers and forward you to care...again

Same problem since 8 days. Don't know how to solve that problem.

well the EMIX manager didn't respond yet, called etisalat a fourth time in hope to end up with someone who knows a little bit about that stuff, ended up lecturing me on how the possibility of the game being r-rated or something and that's why "etisalat blocked it" lol

I will ask for a tech today or tomorrow to come visit my house, I have some good experience with them so far.

Yes. Etisalat answers like that.

I try to get SE management now. Because if they happens permanently, SE cannot sell any game in UAE in future.

My friend in KSA plays FF on a ps4 and there was no maintenance for her yesterday so I guess yesterday's maintenance was some attempt at fixing the issue though I'm certain the problem is mainly Etisalat's
You don't suppose we'd get subscription days back do you hahah or thats some very wishful thinking orz

Did SE comment anything about this? They should try to support us with this even if it was SE or Etisalat's problem. The game is being sold in our stores.

Sorry. I just...couldn't not laugh LOL. really Etisalat? and after great effort, they explained that water is water.

I spammed etisalat Mail with my repeated complaint emails, I swear I am not joking, sent an email then 15 minutes later another email, total of 5 emails and I won't stop, I am so pissed off right now!!!! They have to fix this goddamn issue, it's not our problem to fix, wasting people's time and they sit on their chairs just replying us with automated replys that takes us nowhere! Them or psn gotta fix this issue or refund all of us on our psn game version, Priod.

Today I might get an email for a high up person in etisalat who might do something. I will explain everything to him. I hope he can help.
