Everyone worked hard for those turn 5 clears, and the only reason there is even this many clears is due to the fact that another raid team made a video showing their world first clear and showing how they cleared the mechanics.

Also many of those videos are wipes or of other turns

I server firsted Titan on Cactuar on 9/06... before anyone knew the "memory pattern".

It wasn't hard then, and it isn't hard now, Twintania is 50x harder than Titan.

Face it, the relic quest is incredibly easy.

I would really wanna see people clearing Twintania with ilvl70s and relic, no +1s at all. Good luck killing it within the 13min enrage timer

You're kidding right? Completing a long chain of quests, having to buy expensive materia to meld to a specific weapon, beating Chimera, beating Hydra, then beating all the HM Primals, then grinding (at the time) CM, then turning in 900 Philo Tomes for radz-at-han oil and handing it to Gerolt to get JUST the base ilvl80 Relic, then having to grind 3 weeks of Myth Tomes to get 3 Thavnarian Mists in order to get the ilvl90 Relic+1.

You do not do all that in a week, Titan HM alone took me over 2 weeks because some people don't know the mechanics of dodging attacks... and there are STILL people out there who have yet to clear Titan HM.

I haven't been able to farm any myth, since I don't have any interest nor time for that. Your stance is pretty elitist. I literally have 2 hours a week to play (rarely more than 20 minutes a stretch), and I'm telling you, it is bad enough as it is. Why FORCE me to grind dungeons for top end gear? There should be more options to get the best gear for those of us that don't have an infinite amount of time running dungeons and raids all week. As an example, my favourite thing to do in game is to socialize, and even still, this activity has NO currency or gear rewards AT ALL even if a chat session normally requires a larger time investment than a "speed run" dungeon.

Undoubtly is "easier". But required a lot of time. To organize server raids (chimera, hydra), titan hm proper runs, run ak till puke to get 900 myth totally wasted with 2.1 incoming.
Last but not least, that chest drop ONE random weapon. Good luck with RNG gods, you'll need it. A lot :rolleyes:

Also, seems the real reason behind this upgrade is not the pathetic crybaby needs to show their epeen (when i do it, i wear the entire allagan set + relic +1 weapon, THIS IS A PROOF of someone who mastered Coil, am i wrong? :rolleyes:) but instead some players reported to be bored to fight a so hard fight, asking to make things easier for T5 raiders. ;)

We was needing this 95 weapon and make relic+1 a weapon on par with elemental extreme weapons, huh? :rolleyes:

Hate to burst your bubble, but Relics are easily made in a day or two by MANY players. Just because it took you longer, doesn't mean that's the case for everyone. Chimera 20mins, Hydra 20mins, AK 25mins, kill mobs 20mins, Ifrit 5-7mins, Garuda 5-8mins, Titan 7-10mins.

You do know I'm talking about Relic +1's hence the Thavnarian Mysts... this is a thread about Allagan gear getting buffed from ilvl90 to ilvl95 because elitists keep crying about how there T5 weapon should be better than everyone else's weapon, even though there is no content available which needs a ilvl90 weapon except T5...

We are talking about relic+1 here and the waste of 900 myths 3 weeks of AK) , not just the relic per se. 900 phylotomes in 25 minutes? wow such a speedrunner :rolleyes:
And ye, when i did mine i spend way more , as you can read couple pages ago. Mind me if i want to keep my hard work worthy, not regretting a waste of 900 myths?

You need a Relic to do BCoB, so how hard it was for you doesn't even matter.

3 mists takes 3 weeks of LAUGHABLY easy WP runs.

it's not a waste investment, your pretty relic +1 can be upgraded in future patches/expansions, not to mention you need the +1 (especially melees) to hit the accuracy requirements for T5.

Because this is my second content ID lol... I chose body first on my alt for looks since I am already clearing coil. Notice the 5 Allagan peices on my ALT LOL.

So funny how people who don't even do certain game content are mad cause their gear that they aren't doing end game content in anyway wont be as good as the people who need better gear to do the stuff others don't even wanna do LOL

Yes they are doing speed runs WP for Mytho Tomes not for Philo Tomes for crafting weapon materials
