Ombeline not opening trade window in the quest "Factual Folklore"

I just wanted to add that on I'm on Ragnarok and I can't progress pass Cenota as opposed to Ombeline. I cannot initiate a conversation with Cenota to give her the 'steak' item.

Right, so Gilgamesh was fixed a handful of hours ago. Surely it can't be difficult to replicate the solution on Ragnarok?

Cenota does appear to be the 'broken' NPC for Ragnarok. I've seen several people crowding around her (but noticed no issues with Ombeline).

Cannot give Cenota the steak and thus cannot complete the quest.

(Put in a ticket in-game to the GM service, but was told GMs can't do anything about stuck quests and I should report it on the forums as a bug.... honestly, at first, I thought they were joking. ^_^" )

Same problem, Ragnarok seems to have had this bug for two days now and it's pretty frustrating, I have spent the spare time leveling gathering jobs but I really want to continue my main story.

I really hope they get this fixed soon!

We really appreciate you all taking the time to report the trouble you're having to us. However, just so I make sure I am passing along the right information, I need a few more details:

*The NPC Ombeline is responsive and you are able to trade your items into her; but the NPC Cenota is unresponsive and you are unable to trade your items to her?
*Does the trade window pop up at all or she is completely unresponsive?

Cenota is completely unresponsive, you can target her but when you actually select her to talk to her it fails to register and deselects her, I had no problems with Ombeline so far
