1) Use Raging Strikes
2) Use Bio II
3) Wait for Raging Strikes to wear off, or right-click it away
4) Try to re-apply Bio II. This should fail until it falls off on its own.

Interesting, and i just got the perfect button positioning as well >< gdi lol back to the drawing board. I really miss the 1.0 bar being useable by pads ; ; just not enough buttons for all my main commands
