YOU THINK THIS IS FAIR ???

I see all this talk about a whiny brat who thinks he was wronged in a "Transaction" Error. That he now intends to file the charges as fraud instead of a mistake (Hope you like your card being blocked from SE and waiting 40 days for the money to be refunded) Then talk about a MCD lawsuit, yet not one person talks about the incorrect usage of baseball terms.

It is illegal, to pay for a service and not receive that service is fraud. The game is a license for service you pay upfront and a monthly fee. Being told world full try again is unacceptable. It is time they compensate people the same way they were paid (money - refund, free month or something else of real world value).

if you have played longer than zero minutes, you have been given exactly what SE promised. Their TOS states no guarantee of 100% uptime. In fact, quite the opposite. you can all bitch and moan, and threaten lawsuits (lel), but you accepted a TOS when you signed up. Just deal with it. It's launch week for an MMO, and no amount of butthurt on the forums is going to fix the login issue. either sit here and spam the login queue, or go do something else with your life.

Charging over $100 transaction fee and not respond back is call fraund not a mistake and i do hope they do block it, last thing i wanna see is a nother charge on my card for a game i cant even barely play

No company is going to call you about a mistaken charge. You were overcharged for 3 games, you contact customer service and wait for them to respond. If they are busy, then you need to wait for them to get to you. I contacted SE about changing my Security questions and I got a notice saying they would contact me back after 24-72 hours. You will need to understand THEY'RE BUSY AND WILL GET TO YOU WHEN THEY CAN, NOT AT YOUR REQUEST.

second one is not a myth. it's true, that case is in criminal justice books when i took that class...

a more recent case is when a guy sued a korean laundry mat because his pants were ruined.

Game opening day and i still can barely play it take over 30min to 1hr to log in and ounces i get in i get only 1.5 hr to 2hr of game play b/c after that most of the time i get d/c out the game and by then is to late for me to log back in since it could take hrs to log and i have work next day so i dont bother. NO bigy for me i am happy that i can play a few hrs

last stirke, I just check my account today and i got 3 charges of $49.99 when i only got 1 copy of the game and i cant get in contac with you guys b/c you arent open on the weekend and on top of that you arent open on monday b/c of holiday. I am sorry but i am a very patience man but ounces you mess with my hard working $ i will take it personal
