I see how Yoshida can come off as two-faced. Please don’t disrespect my people, but it seems fine when my people are disrespecteing you my beloved payers. Meanwhile, a singer got fired for what? Associating with the wrong people? This kind of hypocrisy doesn’t send a good message, especially when the game can’t really afford it right now. I’ll be glad when my six months run out. Plus idc if this guy works on several projects. If 14 is not your main deal give it to someone who cares about the game.

Basically it's a term for somebody who continues working for a company or companies when most other employees are holding a strike.

You raise a good point. It was okay to remove and attack Susan Callaway for liking a tweet, yet Sena can be a total black hole of negativity and has fucking Yoshi come out to defend her?
The double standard, the hypocrisy, it is absolutely defeaning. I'm fucking glad my sub ran out at this point.

To put it as simple as possible: In slang terms, the word "Scab" is used when talking about workers, more specifically; a member of a union who refuses to participate in a strike with their peers and/or returns to work before said strike ends. It is also used to describe non-union workers who seek out employment and/or replaces a union worker during said strike.

To try and put it into context to the Sena image you replied to: Essentially while Sena is participating in the Voice Actor Strike, some other Voice Actors are not and are still working/looking for work. So these tweets could be seen as her throwing some discrete shade/criticism at some voice actors for not participating in the strike and continuing to look for/do work while she and others are on strike.
