Was any of the 6.3 content worth waiting 4 months for?

Would I have personally liked more? Sure, but my problem is I also got everything to max within the first 45 days of the expansion launch and burnt myself hard on the expansion to where I took a break at 6.1 and came back at 6.3 so.. it felt like it had more for me.

I guess they are just trying to go with a casual approach and basically say "Hey, here's some content, take it at your own pace, it's just a game afterall" along with a "Here's a super hard fight as well".

So... in the end... It was fine for me at least, but opinions and what not.

I'm not quite sure why some players feel this way. Euphrosyne is arguably the best 24-man we've got since Puppet's Bunker in terms of both mechanics and story. Aglaia doesn't even come close to being as mechanically demanding as Euphrosyne. Byregot's strongest mechanic is when he combines the large knockback with the cardinal AoE lightning blast as it require a bit of precision with positioning. Rhalgr is a joke and has no threatening mechanics at all. If they were to make things a bit more random when he punches the meteor it would require a little more attention, but it's the same pattern every time. Azeyma and Nald'thal are still respectable bosses, but both can be damage doritoed with their stronger mechanics.

All four (five) bosses of Euphrosyne do require you to pay attention. The only issue is their HP values were a bit low. Mechanically though, all those fights are well designed. Especially Halone.

Do we have an actual date for 6.35 yet? Looking forward to moon bunnies. :)

The patch will never have enough content to last up until the next patch, because in order to develop enough dungeons, trials and raids to last more than a day they would need a team that is 12000% the size it currently is with the same sort of skills and experience.

Whether there is enough content is also subjective depending on if you do all the content and farm mounts. I still have plenty to do, personally.

Man, if I had as little to do in a game, and hated the patches and cycle as much as some people on here, I'd have quit long, long ago.

I'd guess the 14th or 21st of March. We'll see something soon.

The best solution for housing would be to refund most of the gil price when you relinquish a plot, not just when it's auto-demolished. You still don't profit in any way and it can't be abused, but it might make players feel less like they "lose out" by taking breaks.
Additionally it would give more incentive for players to relinquish plots they're no longer using, because they'd be mostly refunded. Which would result in more available plots.

I mean I kinda get it. I was hoping for a restoration effort this expansion myself to waste time on. I would also have loved a more involved relic step that wasn't just "tomestones please" as I was hoping for something like "Go get endings in variant dungeons" as a way to promote their new content or even simply "go run this old content that has a huge wait time to help out new players" for the relic myself.

Weakest x.3 patch since ARR. Its realy sad. You folks can check the patch notes of previous x.3 and see that this one, which even takes longer to release, is just lazy.

- MSQ was meh compared to previous x.3's.
- Extreme IS HELLA BORING and ez. That should be normal, not extreme. How can they mess up so bad after making barbie so fun. And tbh, I dont enjoy FF4 theme that much. Songs are not smt I would jam to.
- Aliance raid is wonderfull looking and have great piece of music. But thats all. As said previously, boring mechanics and lots of cleaves.
- Ultimate is very fun, but hell at the same time. To be honest, world race and the community made this very awesome moment I was looking for. Yoshida should really work with community on WFR more.
- Islands gave us "collect all" button, which was nice and needed. 4 months for this update is really fast. It usually takes them years!
- Still no rewards for ranked PvP, making it still deadge. Cmooon.

And while thinking, that we are not getting any Eureka/Bozja) type content this time, just deep dungeon and boring relic makes me mad. For the first time ever, I feel I wanna unsub. And no, Im playing other games too, but I never feel the need to unsub, as I wanted to support the game. I dont wanna support this half done content, but I still need to, because I wanna prog ultimate. Which is the only thing I do and I pay whole sub for it.

To be honest, I envy the most casual players. Those, who sub, do new content for month and then have 3 months break have it best. Others gonna wait for new content while paying half of the new AAA game.
