If that person's that annoying, and actually violates your personal boundaries that often enough to want an entire feature to not be in the game, then I think you should start blocking him. Bait Box for fishing, having to either carry all your bait then fish scrub fish eats all your space. The only other option we have is to go back and forth between windows and swap bait with retainers / vendors and that's awful.
