Primal Data Center Log-in issues

I found an old thread about this problem. Apparently it took S/E 15 days to fix this problem for this person. He was diligent and kept a running report of what was being done and tried multiple things to remedy the problem. Ultimately, S/E did something on their end to fix this issue.

It's been 23hrs since it first started. Can also log on other characters, but can't on my main. Hopefully they fix this soon...

Tuesday night of the patch got 90002 error. Waited through queue and then was instantly kicked again with the same 90002 error. Went through queue again and was able to actually get in.
Wednesday I was able to log in through Behemoth once around 10pm EST after trying for about an hour and then transferred to Ultros. However even that no longer works.

Problem still there, SE, please at least let us know you are aware.

Having the same problem as everyone else here, 90002 error when trying to get on but only on my main.

After testing and trying some things out, it's only on all the Primal servers that I get the 90002 error. I swapped my main over to different Data Centers and I can get on all the others.

As the title says... 32 hours + and I still cant access my home data center with the character I was using on patch day when the crashes started happening. I just tried about 5 min ago and nothing.... 90002 again. As expected, I was able to get back on another data center after failing to get back on Primal.

I also read the post about the guy who waited over 15 days for SE to fix this same issue while telling him it's his fault. Hopefully they took notes and learned something from that experience.

All worlds emergency maintenance tonight..... hopefully we can all get back home tomorrow.

9002 yet again!

Was able to log in last night, after 3 hours resetting router, repairing, even re-installing. Tried to get on this morning and back to 9002 error. IDK how it can be an ISP issue, I can log on with an alt on same server with no issue. I would like to log into my main. This is the stinkers.

And it's back only my main guess I get to re open a support ticket to get a dumb answer like "Just play on a different data center." again.

Update, support is now trying to claim my anti virus software is the issue. You know despite my ticket stating no other character has issues and am on my alt leveling without lag. Gotta love gatekeep gaslight girlboss support!
