Non-tomestone ways to get to item level 460? Crafting?

If you don't want to do hunts, alliance raids and Bozja, that leaves the options already mentioned multiple times by people: roulette/ dungeon spam and Eden, although you didn't seem to like the idea of that one either. And market board if you don't want to spam dungeons with randoms for tomes.

I can only advise you to not ignore everything until the last moment and do some research. Everything everyone said here can easily be figured out ingame or with some research. Other people do the research for you and you keep shooting down the suggestions because none of them appear to be to your liking. That's not a game-proble, it's a you-problem.
You can either stick to that one way you can bear and accept that you will be slower or broaden your horizon a bit and get it done in no time.

I just want to know how I can get gear without playing the game

i465 gets you through to the end of patch 5.3, which is a perfectly good place to finish for now.

Id rather finish 5.5 so i don't have to do it when EW releases.

I started the Ivalice stuff, just only did the first one. Dang quests are long. Between it and the msq post Heroes Gauntlet, I've been in cutscene hell since 11 am.

Don't stress on it too much; and I also wouldn't push yourself too hard. It's not a race and well, if you are in a huge hurry to get through it you'll suddenly find there's really nothing to do afterwards. You've got like 5 months til Endwalker- plenty of time to do it in small reasonable chunks.

In fact, I'd suggest doing other stuff on the side as you go- like make sure to do the weekly fashion check thing in Gold Saucer. Once the FFXV event comes back you're gonna need a ton of Manderville coins to buy the flying car and that could potentially be another thing you're suddenly scrambling for with time pressure.

Slow burn is best :D
