New Grand Company Gear (04/23/2012)

Is it just me or wearing the Charakters on the vid masks and glasses together with hooded attire :x

Someone more noticed that each job is wearing gear which match their job BUT the Gladiator who wears mage armor? Hint of Red mage? doh

Also the Bow has 2 strings on it.

The Final Fantasy 14 Forum Community has once a gain out done itself.

I see nothing but good news from this: All of the weapons look great, even the pugilsts. For your information, the CNJs moogle weapon is a different kind of flower than this one. Nothing wrong with that. Different flowers bare different meanings. Oh yeah can i mention one more thing: ALL OF THE EAPONS LOOK COOL. Get over your selves and your negative criticism. If you don't like it make a better 3D model and present it to the dev team.

Also, it took an absurd amount of posts for the first person to take note of the Darksteel Ore and Gryphon Hides, much less the new non-weapon crafting recipes. This is a boon for crafters and there's nothing you can say to derail the fact.

I just don't understand how so many people can complain about such a superficial aspect of the game. "ZOMG I HATE MOOGLEZ ON MY FISTS AND NOW U GIVE ME BRIKZ ARE WE JUST A JOKE TO U SE?" really??? Can't you be HAPPY with new content???

I like how the weapons look, so exciting. I just wish us mages would get our weapons in 1.22 too, but we have to wait it seems. :/ Here's to hoping the mage weapons have good stats for once. ^^

I'm not happy with this type of "new content" that doesn't take a long time to get. I'm not talking about killing primals 100xs over, i'm talking about story depth. Whats the point in these weapons? Oh cool, I got it! guess I just beat up on ifrit some more!

Fine, be unhappy with new items and crafted recipes! Be unhappy about a more in depth grand company story line! You want content that takes a long time to get? Go get yourself full Darklight! Oh wait you don't want to repeat the same dungeon 100x over? So what do you want? An obscenely long quest line like FFXI? A hundred quest long story where in the end everone gets the same AF gear and weapons and looks alike? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT?

I for one have only one moogle weapon and no darklight. Now with the comming garuda i'm sure i could spend the rest of the time til 2.0 is out cycling through garuda, moogle, AV, and CC and i STILL wouldn't have all of that. But that's not good enough because it lacks some sort of mind f***ing story line right?

Good thing AF wasn't that great >.>. I would rather have a good long story than grinding stuff over and over. I also want stuff that is super rare that only a few people get.
Also, don't you mean all the ifrit weapons everyone has, or moogle weapons? Soon it will be darklight gear that will be popping up.
