This thread has met all my expectations to what I was expecting to happen the moment i saw the live letter not mention healers.

We're into, what, month eight of SE giving a slight peep about the car crash masterfully balanced on a lightpole they left us with at 5.0 but really had to let us know some numbers dont line up a crimson-colored job despite the fact that I'm pressing skills that hurt more than half of my button presses in the new dungeon, trial and raid, and all of them when running solo.

When they said they had to keep these changes under lock and key for what they'd do to our minds I was half expecting them to turn Samurai into a lorry driver, make Summoner do community service for the crimes of "doing too much damage" or turn Conjurer into an Alsatian. Instead we're getting these teeny weeny integere changes you won't even see without the kind of third-party tool they are also condeming.

Or alternatively, they revealed all in the Ranged-Magical subrole was getting Balanced, with BLM, RDM and SMN getting one identical casted spell and one 30s dot with exact same potencies as their only skills and then never talk about it.

Second-class citizen meme status still withstanding and no word from SE, we are left at our own devices to imagine what is going on behind the closed doors.

Edit: This has just been a string of negativity from me so need one dsiclaimer to SE: Should you read this, please know I think your enviroment aritist, animators, effeckt makers, story writers, combat scenarior choregraphers and musicians are still doing a fantastic job and that they should keep it up. Also being a avid fan of how random fishing is, Ocean fishing was a great idea and I've had many highs and lows on the open sea. Please share some of that wild creativity and engagement with those in charge of SCH, I really don't want to keep pressing the same button this much.

What is there to add? SE is either satisfied with how healers function at the moment and/or they have other things they've prioritized fixing or implementing. Unfortunately theres more to the game then healing.
