ipconfig /flushdns

See if that helps, also scan your pc make sure its not something game related or check version of video card because a while back one of the video card updates was causing picture of items and lag and problems.

to rule out any other thing, call your internet company report it I have once and got a person in trouble.

lol no, but I just cannot understand it. It floors me that someone would spend that kind of money, and also I am just not sure how. Also am not a fan of it since they are the reason cash shops, microtransactions and loot boxes have become such a bane to the gaming community as a whole.

It honestly horrifies and angers me to know that you have a former friend that you even helped out of a troubled time, a former friend that is terrorizing you! This is outright betrayal, and I'm far keen to find ways to destroy them than not.

This is so odd that they aren't at least being threatened with bans. I know ppl who harrassed a former friend by just laughing and jumping around them in game. I remembered they were told to cease immediately. So why is it that others where its way worse of a situation falling through the cracks?

And for the love of god why isnt there an account wide blacklist. Why is it for per char? I never understood that.

While i know is not easy, don't allow this ex friend of yours to make you leave your FC or server ( or the game entirely ) cause that is very likely just what he/she wants.
Why SE seems to have done nothing in over 2 month is a very good question and why they would direct you to the forums .. is a even bigger question.

Keep trying to get into contact with the support ( maybe Phone them, if thats possible..? ) and whenever this person reply/harass take screenshots of it ( so you can show support ) and /blacklist and report them.

Hope you get this solved asap.

They don't take screenshots or vids, since they can be manipulated pretty easily.
