My issues with PvP

It's what I do when I want to actually have fun PvPing. In this game, I only come to snatch a few rewards at this point and let people have fun with their queues otherwise. Forum PvP is kinda addicting, though - shame facts got nerfed, now ad hominem and ex contradictione quodlibet are meta >.>

That works as well. Would rather have less people try to nerf a role to the ground because they themselves lack the ability to handle it.

Although it would be nice if people didn't just write this game's pvp off because they never took the time out to learn to do it.

Trust me, we already know your role in the forums and just how often you acutally pvp in this game.

Then you need to learn proper DPS PvP rotations or play healer in PvP against those proper rotations.

Healing is not too strong, DPS bursting is. Outside this because constant damage is so low, it just seems like healing is the problem. YOU CANNOT HEAL A PROPER BURST, people die before reaction and cast time. The only way to heal over a burst is to see it coming and not be CCed. You do not agree because you have no idea what it is like. Speaking of burst, melee LB is still OP because it is combined with server side slow processing speeds.

Yes pvp has balance issues but healing is last on the list.

Also you missed a point of mine, if we where to program the game your way, it would just be 8 brds vs 8 brds in a contest who can kill who the fastest in under a second.

I actually was joking when I said Ad Hominem was meta, but apparently I was more right than I thought I was.

You did get me curious, though: "Just" how often do I actually PvP in this game? I'm not picky, it's enough if you can tell me my total Feast and Frontline matches over all characters and their respective winrate, you don't need to go out of your way to show it on a per day, week or month basis, though I do like graphs for visualization!

OP if you want some real PvP don't bother with this game. Go play overwatch or something.

If you like this games PvP so much, shouldn't you consider it a problem that people don't want to play it? OP is wrong. This is the worst PvP I've EVER seen in not just MMO's, but of all time.

Wild idea for you:

You can play more than one game. Also, I'll repeat myself:

PvP in this game is actually quite fun for those that take the time to learn it. It's got a disgustingly large skill gap, which might be an issue, but it has a lot of depth.

Over all PvP can be seen iv various perspectives, some hate, some love it, other just do itf or t he content. Now if they made the gear more worthwhile and for PvP such as morale actually doing something rather then raise iLvL to the point a bigger difference can be seen that would be great. Better rewards such as unlocking potential or items for new moves (not just available in PvP ), something along those lines more people would be into it.

Right, if it's so great like you say it is, then where is everyone? I'll tell you where. They're too busy in games like DotA or League which also have a large skill gap and start out rough, yet, they're doing just fine. A learning curve isn't the issue if Valve and Riot can pull it off. This PvP in this game having a lot of depth is irelivant if nobody wants to play it.

I don't understand how you can say healing is too strong when you barely have any experience, try healing, and then we'll see if you'll complain about healing power being too strong.
