That simple. I think I've seen like 2 mmos where you had to do 1 or 3 extremely short quests to gain access to the new area. Not hundreds of quests...

They need to nerf AV and review all leveling dungeons. They also need to increase the incentive for leveling roulette and mentor roulette whether it be gil or they add GC seals
