eso weapons vs relic weapons

Eso cap will not change before 3.2
But in 3.1 it will be faster to reach the cap (increased tome rewards in odd numbered patches, if they do it like during 2.x).

Weapon is always the largest upgrade so personally as a dps and tank I always get them no matter what. But whether the value is good enough for you is completely up to you.
