Kind of wishing Bards had kept Healer LB.

Personally I'd say BLM since theirs is a circle AOE, and can hit more enemies that way

Supposedly Ranged LB does moer damage than Caster LB. But I don't know if there's been any numbers to support this yet - would defnitely make sense, seeing as it's more "Focused" in that line.

Hopefully it's Melee > Ranged > Caster. Seems the most logical to me.

I know right? BRDs should totally just go back to the completely unused Healer LB because some newbies are not using their role-appropriate LB with 100% efficiency.

I personally loved being grouped with 2 BRDs and having no DPS LB to speak of. Great idea!!!!

That'd definitely make sense. But all I hear is BRD/MCH LB is complete crap, so I only ever really use it if the boss is at 20% or below and we have no MNK/DRG/NIN in the party

BRD/MCH LB is a pain in the rear sometimes because is a line that ...huh the caster cant even see (why?) let me press the LB and see the line and then click to cast it ._.

i used it on alex f1 and hitting both bosses did more dmg than melee on 1 :o

so BRD/MCH has potential on multitarget , mages for spread out targets will win (think ifrit nails)

you only "save LB" for bosses if there's a chance in wiping without the LB.

otherwise best time to use LB in most 4 man dungeons is on trash as soon as LB comes up. and if the the party is good, this is when you pull 2-3 packs at once and let the Caster/Range have at them.

24 man stuff is a little weird cause it keeps getting reset.

Ive been seeing people say that BRD LB is missing targets. How? Its not a placed AoE. It literally goes in a straight line between the BRD and the target. I didn't think you could miss any more than you could miss with a melee LB. Ive never missed with it once and it's not like I've had to aim beyond having the target targeted.

^ This. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to try out mch lb3, but theres never a chance to since pretty much all the bosses are just single target so a melee always gets to use it :/ Theres times where I just want to hit it the second its up lol but I know better. One time I was paired with another mch, a smn and blm, thinking ":D I get the chance to use mine" nope, blm insta clicks it the second lb3 is up -.-

Just let the BRDs and MCHs have their fun with an LB that does damage.

It will all subside as the patch gets older.
