I don't personally see Favored Destinations becoming obsolete. In FFXI we had Airships and Chocobos, but also teleportation and returning to Home Point (either by dying or being D2'd- warp II)- I think there was a WHM spell equivalent to send you to the past but it's been 9 months since I last played.

Choice is always good, and how could this be "abused"?
As far as the post reads you can only set one Homepoint- same as in FFXI.

If I'm reading right, it's more like setting Uldah as your home point, then doing leves in Broken Water. During the leves, Return will take you to Broken Water. Once you're done with leves, you could Return to Uldah.

It might not be able to be abused ... I don't know. That's why I was asking the question.

Personally, when it comes to finding game exploits, I'm pretty terrible at it. Others in the community might be more proficient and/or have better "think ahead" skills than me.

And reducing the anima cost to 2 points (assuming you had broken water as favorite and you teleported there from uldah).
How is this a problem again?
the patch isnt even implemented and already people worried about those who "abuse" the system .

Nice pqtch. He only thing i dont like... Meaby i need tiem to digest it... Is the /display weapon command. I like to see PCs and see what class is only by graphics. Not cheking it.

Well... Good for UI improvments, home point, melee classes ws Dmg increased. Hope this pale the only archer set for raid.

45MP Cures and 75MP Cure IIs aren't strategy.

I'd be happy seeing 30MP Cures, 60MP Cure IIs. Still pretty expensive, but you do get a few more stimpacks for your bottlecaps.

Personally, I'm happy with the idea. It means I can set a home point in a central camp, then go do leves elsewhere as I'm turning in locals, while still being able to freely port back to the first camp.
