Ok so it doesn't say specifically that they will be adjusting any particular element yet and how, but the new update has only been live for a few days. They are being reactionary but not overboard. Otherwise, if he had made a post saying "Ok, a lot of you are saying that MP costs are too high so we're reducing them again" after just a day of the patch being in, then there would have been a s**t storm on the forums about that too.
I personally prefer the fact that there is a letter from Yoshida saying "Hey guys, we know quite a few of you are upset over some issues due to the changes made in 1.18 and we're looking into it closely" rather than having silence for weeks on end.
