I believe in Japan it’s considered proper form behavior as it keeps all relevant information in one place.

On topic though, I'm surprised this didn't become a thing. I and several friends have our own semi-private FCs with like..6-8 members. We each have our own FC houses and more or less function independently, but we do often gather together.

Such a system would allow members to do things/chat/etc together, but also allow for groups to break apart without it looking like a nightmare divorce.
..alternatively, a "Super FC" with the top leadership having access to their own vault/house and a more general house/vault setup for regular members. It just adds a lot of options.

Yes, but they don't make nearly as many asinine posts, so it results in less clutter whereas here it leads to more clutter.

You could argue that the development of this feature ultimately led to Fellowships.
