    What happened to this announced feature?

    Finally, in patch 2.2, as we mentioned in a separate post last week, we are planning to implement a free company alliance system, which will let you join your free companies together to see both member lists, share a chat channel, and have other useful features.
    I've poked around multiple places and this is the last place this system was mentioned. I know quite a few people who were looking forward to this system and it's seemed to completely fall off the map. Is this currently still planned? Has it been scrapped?

    I made a thread in the past asking about this and hardly anyone posted on it. It doesn't even look like people actually care about this anymore.

    To me it looks like they have a lot of stuff that has been planned or scheduled that they never did, and some of it I am sure they are done. I think they are just holding similar content to release in the same patch, so each big patch we will get the standard dungeon/raid/primal content, then each one will be like a PvP patch, FC patch, chocobo patch, a few different features for whatever one they are doing, so it looks like they are actually doing something.

    Same thing that happened to making full 24 man premade alliances for CT. It got pushed back and then not talked about so that people would eventually forget about them.

    It's a nice feature. Last night I was talking with my FC leader and he told me about sharing events and activities with a friend FC. I remembered this feature and looked for post you quoted and I wondered the same. What the actual <Lalafel> did happen with it?
