I appreciate your patience in this matter. I understand how frustrating it is. I say that as a player myself, so trust me that I am affected as well! I apologize again for this message you are all getting upon attempting to log in; but we are investigating this to resolve it as soon as possible.

I don't understand how/why, but while I'm unable to see my server list on PC, and haven't been for about half an hour, I was able to just log right in on PS3. Both on Diabolos server. Is this crash somehow only affecting PC?
After that whole launch fiasco and all those maintenance/fixes/countermeasures/whatever SE calls them, getting 1017 at this point without queue is NOT acceptable.
Seriously. No, you will not thank me for my understanding, because I plain don't understand how I'm not getting a queue when you've already managed to implement this feature.
Explain to me in detail so that I can try to understand, and then thank me for my understanding once I ACTUALLY have a clue what in the world is going on.

First off, a queue existed at launch. The queue probably has a cap of how many players it can put in line at a time. If so, it's completely understandable that this is occurring with 4724752807427620 people trying to log in at once. It's the exact same reason there were so many log-in issues at launch.
OK I like might have missed something. How does Odin crash the server? To many people in the zone trying to steal his lucky charms?

Thank you for your patience. You should all be able to log in now. If you are still having any messages pop up that are not allowing you to select a world or select a character, I recommend that you exit the game and restart your client.
