Can you make it that killing low level monsters still earn atleast 1xp instead of nothing and the items they might drop for crafting.
Duration bonus for damage over time spells during Astral Fire:
The MPregen during Umb. Ice works no matter what spell is being cast. This means you're substantially better off getting thunder/aero/virus off during UI not AF. A small duration bonus/handicap would re-balance this into a legitimate context based tactical decision as the damage & MP cost variables are really negligible. (if not even further reason to cast during UI and not AF)
Jewelry that bolsters legitimacy of using healing spells on self:
I love casting Sure spell/Swiftcast Cures instead of using potions when soloing, but often the amount of healed HP is not very satisfying/poorer risk-reward and I would've been better off using a potion to do me until I finished off the monster (more boring too!).
a piece of Jewelry that either;
guaranteed a certain amount of HP,
added a FFXIII curaja effect to the spell (more HP healed the worse off you are)
or a "uses INT stat when targeting self with cure/physic"
Perhaps in exchange for a longer cool down wouldn't hurt game balancing and would be a more interesting decision for the user to make rather then one option being clearly inferior to the other.

Improved transpose as a combo/critical:
Have a small chance for the transpose icon occasionally 'combo' letting you transpose directly from Umbral Ice II/III to Astral Fire II/III. at the moment it always transposes to AF/UI I
Sleep adjustments:
A pre-animation on target as soon as the Sleep spell is casting (to alert other players).
"cancel lock-on" similar to the cancelled auto attack when sleep hits.
(and most importantly) Sleep target doesn't instantly bring aggro on hit .
It doesn't make sense that an enemy aggros immediately and 30 seconds later comes tearing after you from around a corner or over a hill.
If you're far away enough the enemy shouldn't be able to find you. If you didn't hurt it, it shouldn't aggro you. It only makes sense for nearby enemies to aggro you on hit and not the sleeping target. At least not until it's woken up.
An option to enable/disable Party/Self/Non party PC Flying Text, scaling Flying Text, disabling ability icons on Flying Text. (Including all damage numbers shown on enemy)
An option to disable the number beside Action Bars, so we can drag them closer together/close to edges of the screen. Allowing for UI elements to be dragged off screen. Currently when moving the minimap, there is a space between the bottom/left/right of the screen and the minimap itself. I like to maximize on screen space.
Allow disabling Autocast of individual pet abilities, and removal of abilities from pet Action Bar (For UI purposes only, it clutters up the screen something fierce.) Adding a way to make macros for pet abilities.
AoE's doing the damage when the animation hits you, instead of the current system where it hits you if you stay inside the AoE but move just before the animation.

I removed 'duty list' window from my screen to view more stuff :) and now it is a real problem to SYNC level , because I have to go to settings - turn on duty list window - go to duty list to press Level sync and then press select and O several times to exit .It takes HUGE amount of time as you may suggest.
This is a very bad idea. Because then you would have people blocking doorways and entrances not allowing people to enter say the guilds that they need to do for their class quests. And they would have entire Free Companies and Linkshells doing this to grief people just because they get a kick out of it.
The only thing I can see anti-collisioning put in for is NPC's and objects. But doing it for Player Characters is a horrible idea. Trust me.. I've played MMO's where this is enabled and it was literal hell. If you can't deal with people crafting on top of you then honestly that's something you're going to have to deal with.
Small idea: If using a heal spell with an enemy targetted, make it heal target of target automatically. Same for attack spells with a non-enemy targetted.
For the above, Dropbox + symbolic links. Move the files you want on both computers into a special dropbox folder thats shared between computers. Symbolic link the "normal" location to the location Dropbox is saving it to. When either comp changes the file, Dropbox will make it match on both comps.
