You still don't get it. Man, it's already 62 pages.
We are not talking about newbies, mistakes or bad players in general. These players can be taught mechanics and ways to improve. We are talking about people who don't want to improve and don't want to play how their job is intended to be played.

We are talking about players who think that "I play a healer to heal, not to use damage spells". We are talking about Ice mages kind of behavior. We are talking about tanks deliberately refusing to use defensive cooldowns.

We are talking about the "you don't pay my sub" players.

These people definitly deserve a kick.

Well according to Tsumdere we don't even need healers folks. Time to start queuing up 1 tank and 3 dps....

Its 62 pages long and multiple threads on the topic because clearly people don't agree.

Funny you said that. All dmg calculations are based on maximizing rotation aka damage. You need to be smoking week to think ice mage or 1 2 3 rotation will work in savage or primals.

They don't want people scamming the queuing system by playing a healer so they can play a DPS class.

They expect you to play a healer... not a half assed DPS class because people didn't have the attention span for the wait time.

If the quality of healing starts to drop... guess what's going to happen?

Thus this is the danger of making unreasonable demands of healers. They will look at their Japanese players who seem to care more about potentially losing the healing fairy on SCH, than they will look at the west players who see people queue as healers because it's the fastest slot the queue as. In both cases SE's statistics will tell them that content is too easy, so they will have to nerf DPS from healers, or make the mobs in the dungeon hit harder thus making the healing job harder, and tightening up the ilevel so there is no ilevel wiggle room, every dungeon ends up being synced, which means no more facerolling over easy content.

Why people think healer classes have to do 2 jobs and tank and dps classes only do 1 job..?

DPSing isn't one job, it's several, they tend to have to interact with more fight mechanics than healers do. The same goes for tanks.

Healers have enough empty gcds and with no stance dance their job just got easier, I'm vote dismissing any healer that refuses to dps, if the vote fails then it means the majority of the group is fine with it and in which case, so be it.

Idk about anyone else (and I say this as a current SCH main) but I hope at least SCH healing potency is severely nerfed. As of right now being able to shield people for upwards of 40k hp plus deployment tactics, with nigh unlimited MP due to Energy Drain and a healing pet with infinite MP makes us completely, for lack of a better word, broken.
