I really do not want free items. The price is not the problem for me. It offends me that UK players have a 3 month waiting period vs the immediate obtain-ability other regions got plus the very low supply/stock due to no digital only option is a major problem. The fact even if lucky enough to get one magazine you still might not be able to obtain one or more of the other two is also something that I think SE needs to address.

What I would like is acknowledgment of their customers concerns, empathy and understanding. A promise to do better, a promise that they will not break. I would like it if they put these items on mogstation after the promotion's have ended because they really messed this one up or if not on mogstation then making sure the other EU promotions do not have supply issues, will be simpler to obtain and will also be open to UK residents.

Promotion wasn't meant for people outside UK. That's part of the reason there weren't enough issues for the intended audience.

Unless they specifically say they are looking into it, don't hope for it. Treat this like every other rampant issue out there that get swept under the rug (e.g.: DoL Botting, The Feast boosting, DPS/speed hacking, etc.)

Personally, I'm still surprised this thread is still going and it's not deleted yet, considering the lack of proper response and anything (besides your usual "feedback" thingie). I'm honestly expecting the worst at this point.

PS: if that ever happened, we at least had a reason for obtaining free items: the campaign, as of now, literally promotes "FYGM" mentality, and even other countries agree that this promotion is bad. I think Non-Eu players would give us some slack if that ever happened.

Question to the community team: Where can I find the magazine in Saudi Arabia? Searched for it at most known retailers here and I couldn't find it.

Well Yoshi-p might be the head of the dev team for XIV but there other people higher then him and most likely even in different department of SE that most likely make these decisions.

I contacted gamesmaster@futurenet.com a couple days ago as recommended by the community team to get some questions answered. Got a reply earlier today. Here is the (summarised) exchange for anyone interested:

My email:
"1. Is it possible more stock will be added?
2. If not, does the code for the Final Fantasy XIV promotion also come with the digital version of the magazine?
I am a huge Final Fantasy XIV fan and I would really like to get my hands on all 3 codes as well as the Chocobo mount. The other regions weren't subject to availability with their promotions, so if it's limited to the availability of just the physical issue then it's not really fair to the European fans of the game. =/"
