I checked my PS3, and noticed that the game is removed from my download list, in the service list for FFXIV it is marked expired. And my PSN wallet is refunded and most recent purchase is cancelled. Oh well...

Holy crap I thought I was the only one with the this problem. Ive been dealing with CS since the 27th. And no luck of course. Live chat is pointless waiting at position 322 to get to 1 to have it say no one is available. The few times ive been able to get to phone support they told me they didn't find anything on their end so unless I can get proof of purchase from billing that I bought 1.0 last year im screwed. Oh and how they push for me to buy the damn thing again. And likewise I cant make a thread even though I have a character. This is some serious bullshit. I give this one more week. If I cant get this resolved then.. well back to wow I guess.
Have the same problem here! I try to log into the game and it requires me to enter a registration code, I enter it, and it says that's already used. But my character here is from early access and I bought the PC digital download copy.
I'm about to just call my credit card company and stop payment on this. I've tried to log in everyday since Aug 23rd and I've been able to play 10 minutes. And now I can't even log in anymore.
Also, my version is the PC version and I'm having this issue so... not just a PS3 thing.

Yes! Finally got the PSN copy downloaded, gone through the registration, saw my character and one and only Service Account and all seems good. Now doing 2.5GB update!!!
And it's nice to see that in the PSN Transaction List, it also show the promo code. Handy. I don't remember seeing one for the "bad" purchase last week.
I was getting that msg because I was still using the early access code even after the release date. I Finally decided to enter the 12 digit registration code on the booklet that comes with the hard copy into the redeem codes section of account management on the playstation XMD. It's been working since.
The code I find at findmyorder is the same as the one I already have, and I did not receive any spam mail from digitalrivers.com so, I still keep having the same problem,
I have sent one ticket this morning, hoping they fix my problem
