Seems like SE are starting to send out the codes now.. i just got mine.

Any PS3 players manage to find a way around the 'invalid code' issue? I got the CE and the code refuses to work. I entered it under Redeem Code on PSN. :/

Folks, I just registered this so here goes:

For those who have ordered a digital version from SE and have not yet received their emails: Go to http://www.findmyorder.com/ and find your order. On the find page, you will see your order details with 2 codes: a unlock code comprising of 18 characters in 4 groups, and a serial number of 20 characters in 5 groups.

The codes you want are the serial number. Use those on your account at the Mog station at https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...svc/mogstation and enjoy the game.

ATTENTION ALL AMAZON CUSTOMERS:

If you purchased your copy of the C.E. from Amazon. Do not expect an email to arrive to your inbox. You have to click on the order link in your email which will take you to the order page. Then on the right hand side there is a "Your Games and Software Library" link (You can also access if from your account pull down list) which will take you to a page that lists your game. Underneath your game is a button to view you Activation Key. I just registered mine and I'm all set and ready to go! Fantastic!

Hope this helps some of you out.

UPDATE: SHESSH! SE can never make things easy. Word of caution. When entering in your C.E. registration code, make sure that you have the service account that you wish to link your CE reg code to and then click "Add Windows Service" instead of what I did which was from the main page, I clicked "Add New Service Account". That will create a new account which will not be linked to your existing character. So you will have contact SE Support and ask them to link your two accounts together.

NOTE TO SELF: Don't do anything when you are overly excited! LOL

Got a problem. I bought the CE digitally, it is 11:47 AM EST, almost a full 12 hours after the Squeenix store shoulda sent it out, and STILL no mail. Not in spam folder, not in actual folder. Nothing. I'm more than slightly agitated.

Digital River only handle NA digital orders via the NA Square Enix store. EU doesn't work via the www.findmyorder.com method.

Again, it's asking for a password. I put in the order number and then there's a box for a password. I don't know what to put there. Any attempts at getting a recovery email sent have proved fruitless. What did you put in your password field to make it go through?

this is dumb. bot my CE today as well and ps3 code doesnt work like many others here. -_-

got my CE (no digital copy, the real package) several days ago and always got the invalid code error. might be because I need to wait for PSN store to be updated, heard this is only done once per week, so maybe it will work then. still this is getting frustrating, seeing everyone with their cool mounts while I got mine there, just the code isnt accepted.

When I input the code I got in my physical PC EU CE edition into the mogstation, it registers as a Standard edition.
The other code the 6-3-6-3 one, says invalid when I try to register my game at Members Square enix.com

This is so frustrating. When I click on add a service in Mog Station, it acts like I want to add a PS3 service account, I don't. alsdhksdhbfiwabef

Got my physical PS3 CE in today. Playstation registration code does not work. I really hope it's just that they haven't updated the store yet like some are saying.

I just wanna know why my Coeurl Bell sounds like a Goobbue Horn when I call my Battle Cat :c

Still love my Coeurl mount though and the dismount sound is awesome!

If ps3 ver you enter it onto the playstation store or go to account management > redeem codes. Pc ver enter the code once you've logged into the mog station an there should be a gift box icon with a plus hit that an it should bring up the pc code entry page. Hope that helps

:s I try this and it just tells me my order number doesn't exist, am I doing something wrong or am I screwed... I got the early access code fine, just nothing is cooperating with the rest.

I'm curious if anyone can answer this question:

SE clearly stated a long time ago in an FAQ that PS3 collector's editions would receive separate codes for CE goods and the PS3 registration, I specifically ordered the PS3 CE so that I could use the PS3 code on my Legacy CE account, and I could give my girlfriend the CE codes to put on her account, since I already have them. It seems like this was false advertising, I only have one key in my box. Can anyone confirm if it is possible to register the PS3 version and CE bonus items separately, or am I screwed?

I have to admit--I got my hopes up with this message that legacy players (part of the "all players" above) might also get the pre-order items. After all, we had no reason to pre-order other than these items. Is there are reason why we didn't get them?

Also I have a question to those who ordered FFXIV: ARR in the Square Enix EU shop.. When you received a Confirmation of your Pre-Order of the game did your receipt look like this? I'm just asking because when I was looking at the "Order#" I'm confuse as to what they mean by it and confuse because I swear that it doesn't look like an Order #.

I'm aa bit concerned about my collector's items. I bought the digital version, got charged 49.99, but mog station shows I have the standard edition. Also I got two emails to activate my items... except I'm in NA and the codes are for EU players. I found my original order like suggested a few pages ago, but there's nowhere in mog station where i can enter it. I tried new platform but it says the code is invalid.

I know it's been chaotic this week, but I feel I've been ripped off. When can I expect to either get my items in-game, or have the access in mog station to redeem the code?

THIS ^ my exact issue right now. For how long am I going to handle their bullshit without complaining? Enough is ENOUGH.
They gave me my EA code one day after it started, I took it and ran with it, got locked out from my friends and I understood it, but receiving my CE code just few minutes ago and its stating that its not valid is too MUCH. Seriously Square Enix, what is this mess? Freaking disappointed.... handle yourself...

I'm also a bit annoyed. I pre-ordered the CE of ARR thinking I could use the code it came with to add the in-game items to my V0.1 character. Looks like the only way to do this is to do a digital upgrade. No bonus item codes in the box, just a reg code and a square enix reg code (with website addresses that don't work).
I didn't read anywhere that this was the case when the pre-order site went live. And it still doesn't mention it. (it does mention the upgrade-but not in detail for legacy players).
Feeling a bit robbed to be fair.
I can't get the items without staring another service account. No way am I starting a new character, put too much into my old one >.<
I hope they make it so we can use our codes on our legacy characters, don't want to spend more money than I have too.

Got a nice shiny box tho....and a fancy art book...............just no in game items.

I have a question regarding this matter. I'm a legacy Collector's Edition player and I pre-ordered the ARR Collector's Edition through Square-Enix's online store which I've already received. The problem is, I never go the code to redeem for the Mog Cap for pre-ordering the new version. Does that mean that the pre-order bonus is attached to the new ARR Collector's Edition that I purchased? If so how can redeem it to my legacy account so that I don't have 2 ARR accounts showing up?

I got the CE stuff on my joint PS3/PC account when I registered PS3 CE, but so far I have not been able to get anything.

Still saying standard edition with 3 days left to play. It finally registered my character today, but I still have just my EA items. I bought CE because of the fun in game goodies, if i had known it was going to be such a clusterf*** I would have saved myself some $ and just got the basic edition. Support is no help, got 3 different chat sessions cancelled before anyone connected. ( of course after waiting patiently for 3 hours) I really hope this is just a minor glitch and they fix it soon. Glad to see PS3 players are finally being able to register codes now though :)

I pre-ordered from the CE from gamestop and never got my pre-order code for mog cap and minion.

I also noticed my account shows as not registered yet, but I can't find where to register it. This is rather aggravating :(.

i own CE 1.0 and i pre-ordered ARR for ps3 and still have not received my CE items O.o

It's all shiny and pretty and wonderful. Spend a good half hour art nerding over the book and cards and box. Apply my register code. All is well. Go to watch the dvd...computer won't read it. Panic, think my dvd reader is dead, restart pc like 4 times and stick it back in...nada. Stick the music cd in...it plays. And then I notice it. "bluray disk." Tears were shed, I have to buy a bluray player now.
But besides that, enjoying the game, regardless of errors which seem to be settling down now. :)
Was gonna watch the bluray during mait but seems now I...get to listen to the soundtrack. or youtube. or be bored and do random photoshop edits.

Same problem here. I spent 6 hours on hold today trying to get in contact with SE with no luck. Trying again tomorrow in hopes that it works, and hoping that they get this stuff sorted out soon. :(

How do you get in touch with somebody directly? All I've been able to do is sent written messages in the support center through mog station. I haven't got any reply yet.
