True, they are different industries, but they still both run on power. I compared them in the sense of pecking order and that they both need electricity to operate. I'd assume the supply chain would have a higher priority than an MMO service for reasons mentioned above.
Yes, S-E houses the servers outside of the blackout zone. In order to not be an unnecessary burden, there is a chance that they will extend their shutdown.
