I'm just going to go down the list.
Newly Rez'd buff: I would love this, though it might cause me to die more often do to healers thinking they still have time to ignore me.
Mounts: that has been my biggest gripe about them.
Way Markers: hm, while you are at it, can you add a "D" marker?
Crafting: Food Recipes yields pale in comparison to the primary problem, the primary problem is that POTIONS are not worth the time and effort, had the yield on drac pots increased with this last patch the I might start crafting my way through the 1100 duskborne sand I have, but nope. Please note, I would love for food yields to increase, but I want to see the potion problem dealt with too.

Company Airships: this is good, on a side note, could FC buffs be made and finished by a single person, needing 4 people for each buff is a plague and the biggest reason they don't get made for my FC.
Retainers: currently my combat retainer can bring back 10 basilisk eggs in 40mins while my mining retainer can bring back 30 in 40mins. I think there is a problem here.
Emotes, one thing:two things about this: /throw and/huzzah. These are two of my favorite emotes and I find it to be a real shame that people can't get them anymore, especially /huzzah. Please unlock them for everyone, and no not via the cash shop, these are things everyone should just have.
Large Scale fates: the current HW area boss super fates do not scale with the number of people who killed it last and exp wise are actually not worth the time it takes to kill them unless you have 50 people killing it, which doesn't happen on my server. All of the area boss super fates in ARR scaled and the tuning on it was very well set relative to the last number of people that killed the fate. I think that if they scaled similarly they would be fine. As for Odin, I think instead of nerfing Odin, new exchange rewards, like new weapons, should be added to get people to do it more often. Also, I'm not sure if making it spawn more often or just last a lot longer would be useful.
Just add a function to use more mats to crafts multiple potions/food at maybe a higher quality requirement. That way someone that can easily craft a single high quality item may have trouble if they attempted to craft 99 in a single craft. Then the quality could be balanced around what an acceptable amount per craft should be and how much is pushing it. Just adding how many are produced per craft is a temporary fix that will come up again and again each time new crafts are added.
Food need to last more than 30 min when u waste 15 waiting on CDs on progression..... reset CDS on wipe or make food last 1h , ppl waste more time making food than "enjoying it"
ALC needs love 1 potion at time makes no sense at all....

I appreciate all the adjustments to make gameplay easier and fluid to play but I have an idea that's minor but maybe people may like.
Is it possible at all for idle stances to be shared between races? I really like the Miqote male's stance and have an alt Highlander; is it possible to have their stance, for example, to be shared with one another? Maybe make a command (like '/istance' or something) to cycle through the stances?
I haven't seen any of the large-scale FATEs in the new zones be touched in weeks either. With everyone power-leveling and crystal farming, they're just not worth the time involved. And with less and less people doing either, I can't see them being done either.
In a dream world, something like a "greatly" increased chance to have a crystal drop from them would probably see them done every time. And I doubt it would have that much of an effect on the grind because they don't appear all that often anyway. I love to do them when FATE leveling because they break the monotony of killing waves of trash or a boss that's just an XP piƱata, but even using shout chat and the PF I can never get more than one or two people joining.
What about the one qol improve,went we all really want. When raiding all cd,s reset after a wipe. You have already done it for stone sky sea it's already in the game what is taking so long?
What about removing the cap on the lines that we can have in macros this way if we dont want to we dont have to worry about having multiple buttons to push when crafting and end up hitting the wrong one and messing up our crafts.

Nice list you got there, also I will like to chip in some ideas.
1. Higher potion yield as mentioned by others.
2. CD reset on wipe.
3. Make it obvious which debuffs are cleanse-able. (Maybe red for cleanse-able and black otherwise?)
4. Please change the faded Crystal Tower/Syrus Tower/World of Darkness Orchestrion scroll to drop directly into player's inventory like the 4 man dungeons ones.
5. Give an option to choose between ambient or directional sound mode for Orchestrion.
6. Enable individual Orchestrion unit to store 5 to 10 sound track locally as "Last Played" or "Favorites".

We'll be looking into whether it would be possible to retain the information on which fish you have released, so players can stop fishing to consume food items, or use Cordials to restore GP without having to go through the release process again. However, we can't make any promises that this will be implemented for sure.
Furthermore, we are looking to see if we can reduce the GP cost for the ability Chum, so players can use this ability more often.
Some QOL suggestions..
1. Fishing bait bag
2. Personal self only ingame parser (its really impossible to know what kind of damage you are doing or what rotation works best.. especially for jobs you are picking back up after not playing for awhile)
3. Cooldown refresh on wipe
4. A disengage option on personal house dummies to remove "in combat" status when you are done training
5. Minions out the same time as companions pleeeease
6. Skin color eye color at aesthetician.. did I hear this was being added or was it a rumor?

Your FC should be buying/using the Meat & Mead II food buff during raid hours, that extra 10 minutes covers it and saves costs.
CD reset on wipe is a bit of a challenge I'll bet in the current coding, and because of possible abuse of the system and instances. Although maybe they should make the conditions for CD reset when full-party wipes in a raid instance, and cannot be re-applied again for X minutes. Easier compromise but probably easier said than done too.
I don't think it's that hard to implement. Just give certain duties a special status similar to the echo, where instead of granting a bonus the CDs are reset at the moment of reloading the fight. And I don't know how this could be exploited in any way. Care to explain?
Please note that many crafters would be satisfied even if this resulted in recipes with a higher quantity of ingredients required. The issue crafters have is the time it takes to churn out so many potions one at a time, not the expense of the ingredients used to make them! A recipe with triple the ingredients would be fine, so long as it produced triple the potions.
While I liked the post, I'd like to echo this. In the crafter forums I went so far as say, most of us would be happy making potions 15 at a time for 30 powdered merman horn, royal mistletoe, duskborne aethersand, and the herb required for the stat of our choice. 6 or 9 per craft is probably a better number, since it is expected of raiders to use potions as much as they do food, however, potions last 15 seconds and have a 5 minute recast. So at six per craft, you are basically making the same "serving" of potions that you do food.
Basically, what I want to see, as an Alchemist and Culinarian specialist, is for the two classes to make batches of relatively the same value, even if it means a higher material cost for one or the other. So if a Culinarian makes a batch of food, it should take the same time for an Alchemist to make a batch of potions that will last equally as long as the food.

Another suggestion: would it be possible to have a macro command to display a specific action or item's help tooltip when you hover over the macro icon on the hotbars? Or at least the tooltip for the action or item that grants the icon.
Not sure if this is asked before but, could you make the Duty Status window a bit more persistant. Now it keeps closing itself on the smallest activity. Some times even just making any quest progress closes it. Opening MB seems to close it. Retainer use closes it. I'd like to keep it open to see how closes the queue is so I can plan my acts accordingly but at the moment it's so shy I have to keep re-opening it all the time.
As my observation, you can't do any act that lessens the items in your inventory while the DF has popped and is waiting people to accept. I guess it's so that you can't accidentally remove your main arm or something but argh.. However, you still can complete a retainer venture, or send them for a new one on that same situation.
Any chance we could have the CT/ST/WoD faded pages drop similar to the cards where they would randomly fall into player inventories? Finding it nearly impossible to get the pages for my collection...
QOL Feature - Colour Blind mode. If the WOW team can do it so can the FFXIV team.

Event item tab for FC chest. Would be nice to have storage for seasonal housing items that don't hog up the main chest space.
Native voice chat system: All systems that can play FFXIV are capable of handling voice chat, however we are reliant on external VoIP programs for PC/Smartphone/Tablet or the PSN Voice Chat system for PS4 users, which can be very disjointing when trying to merge players from those differing systems into a single group to use a voice based chat in order to speed up reaction times to mechanics etc. (this is of course relying on PS3 players to have access to a working smartphone/tablet capable of running TeamSpeak/Discord/Ventrilo etc.) so if possible could we get a native voice chat system built into the game to bring us all onto the same page?
