They all have this mark on their clothes. I'm guessing that's the one ^^

lol i wish they said we get one on our body that we can turn of and on. It be cool if free company have a way to put there logo on cloths i know they said we could on shields and such.

The mark is only visible on costumes for members of the circle of knowing.

Devs have confirmed that plot-centric characters are getting costume improvements.

Ergo, the argument that this eye is the survival mark is exceedingly weak.

Exactly. I never recall them saying the mark is going to be on our bodies. And that is the only mark shared by NPC's who survived the calamity like us, hence my assumption..

I kind of don't care about any marks on the NPCs that were not banished to the timeless rift alongside us.

I care about the PC representations (the five heros). What have they got?

SE needs to enable comments on the video. I can't see how -anyone- can say anything negative about this. They have out-drama'd FFXI, which honestly had one of the best and most emotional openings of any game out there.

It's like they did everything perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Maybe that mark is on our underwear! That's why it doesn't show :p

Or they all turned it off xD
