Also, as I've pointed out, that statement about old school MMO's is wrong. Both Everquest and WoW era MMO's had healers that could add DPS and/or healer-hybrids of some variety.

Where pure healers did work, usually the strategic and tactical dimensions of healing were a lot more involved than FF14. Frankly, FF14's fights tend to be much shallower on challenge that derives directly from interaction with job kits than a lot of MMO's (look at how many WoW era healers have kit synergies, whereas FF14 had little intra-kit synergy to begin with and has eroded inter-kit synergy between healers over time), and far more focused on positioning and movement.

Consoltation would be a good change maybe, but the rest of your changes are bad imo.
Using cooldowns appropriately is part of being good at your job, don't need to make it simpler.

Repose is required in the role quests, so even if it's small it serves a purpose.

Emergency tactics is something that has to be manual use due to how it functions. It would be useless if you couldn't do it on demand.

And finally Ruin II being lesser potency than broil but able to be used on the move is an important part of caster DPS balance.

"Summon Seraph"/"Consolation" pair. Yes I can see this work, but why not just replace Fey Union button with Consolation the way Angel's Whisper replacing Whispering Dawn, and increase the potency instead of make it available twice.

"Lucid Dreaming" - I say keep this as is, also all healers have access to this so it's not SCH specific.

"Repose" - same as above, and also this spell can be helpful during soloing with multiple adds.

"Ruin II" - We need this during movement, otherwise Broil 3 + ruin 2 combo is already perfect IMHO.

"Emergency Tactics" - Keep this as this is part of SCH mechanic.

Now the ones that I see could be removed:
1. Aetherflow
2. Deployment Tactics - to merge with Emergency Tactics
3. Dissipation - to be auto-cast when summon Seraph

Aetherflow... Hmm we need it outside battle, if want to remove it might as well replace it with the new ED, but its still not outside battle, not to be able to replenish the stack outside battle is annoying

Deployment tactics - cannot.... Thus simply cannot... How to make it work? Its totally different purpose

Easy, remove AF totally, it doesn't serve any purpose rather than another cost. We already have MP and Faerie gauge, use either one.

DT+ET
Extends Galvanize effect cast on self or target to nearby party members - and transform THE NEXT galvanize status into HP equaling the amount of damage reduction intended for the barrier. Succor after adlo will do the trick.

Dissipation + Seraph
Summon Seraph while granting you a full Aetherflow stack and increases healing magic potency by 20%. Get rid the 'orders faerie away' aspect.

I don't wanna show how "pro" im, I want show to younger players how harder games was in the past and few nerfs is not end of the world, history know harder nerfs

whats even funnier, even the trusts npcs dps when they are not healing XD, so this only shows that trusts are still better than a lot of players....

and who said I don't dps when my party have full hp ?
im not person who go to forum and QQ about everything, everytime
they nerfed healer A ? So I pick healer B simple or just pick another class

You realize the entire reason people are "QQ" is so SE changes things right? And these aren't simple nerfs, they made 1 healer a hollow shell of its former self, and the other healer barely functions.
