They should just add job bonus for the members in the pt. DRG gives everyone crt hit up MNK gives everyone a slightly lower delay on AA or attack boost, PLD gives DEF boost, BLM/WHM gives magic def up, BRD gives acc, WAR gives attack up also.

They show the Icons for the Buffs... but the buffs are always there when they do the " Cut off on the the next scene" thing.. We don't really see the BRD do Physically anything..

Yeah will, most likely one of thoose "2.0 features", it will take away alot of the charm of playing BRD thats for sure, its basicly just archer mage at this point ^^

Yeah I was scouting out for the BRD the entire time but I didn't see him do anything a part from the WS on the ant sub-boss.

True that, still thinking logicaly, BRDs atm don't have any instruments to play on in game at this point, tough I'm hoping for BRDs to be able to sing a few vocals at least, but I doubt it be anything other then how Swiftsong works now sadly.

Also the fade out effect as Simian thrust was firing was pretty stylish.

It is what it will be.. However in 2.0 I'm sure you hear those BRD's do Symphonies! :P
