Deserve? It is not a question of deserving a house. People who play much do not deserve a house more than people who play little.

It is more a question of need. People who do not play, do not need a house since they cannot use a house if they do not play. With the limited number of houses available, it is better if someone who can use the house get it.

The real problem is not the timer, but the lack of houses for everyone who wants them.
