The only thing that didn't really make sense to me was why you saw the same sets of cards. Each person should have seen different cards, then the "work together" thing makes sense. As it was, I just noted them on paper and then directed my husband where to go.
It was a simple mini-game. If the card sets would be different between players, it would only make it harder for those with horrible short-term memory or language differences, while forcing others to type in chat what they "turned" without actually adding any difficulty beyond the typing. There would be no greater cooperation or higher difficulty for those that can type (and are willing) and share a language.
I loved the maze, super fun to master it. The cards I could have done without, too much RNG involved :/
