The top 10 (on primal at least) almost all have 60% or higher win rate with a significant amount of games played (as in games played upwards of 140 as opposed to the 60% win rates of ppl with less than 100 games played) which makes it impressive. There's only one person up there really who brute forced their way into the top 10 by virtue of having played an obscenely high amount of games compared to the rest.
As for the original OP of the thread, I'd agree he can easily be in the top 100 right now, idk if he quit for now or what, and can make the top 25 but i disagree with the top 10 definitely. Everyone has to put up with the random nature of solo queue which is why you see so many cycles of people climbing and falling but most of the top 10 have been a rock up there for a while, setting themselves apart from the rest.
