If you have 1k VIT and 1K Strength 3.1, that would equal 1k AP.
If you have it so you have a ratio of 0.7:0.1:0.2, you'll end up with:
700 AP from VIT, 100 AP from strength, for 800 AP in total.
But you then say:
So which is it? By those ratios, it's a direct nerf as tanks will be missing out on 200 AP, but you're stating they need to keep similar attack power values. aVIT + bSTR = 1 AP. From a coding stand point, it's the easiest way to handle this change without dramatically changing how AP is handled and causing more imbalances.
