Yes, it does. A few days ago, it was at 15m gil. The 15m Gil ones were still there, but there was also that 2,5m gil one. So it IS undercutting in an really unnecessary way with 10m gil less...

By saying that more products entered the market, you're basically proving my point about supply and demand.

Besides, the 15m ones were probably crafted quite some time ago, with very pricy mats.
Since the prices went down on these materials, new crafts can be made at a way cheaper price. It sucks for the people who made the items early and weren't able to sell them, but that's the risk you are willing to take when going on a market for a very high cost glamour craft fresh from the expansion.

Supply goes up. Demand remains constant, Price drops. Simple economics. Just like all these "undercutter" solutions are "We need price fixings and Monopolies!"

Yeah well, I still think it is not necessary to let the price drop more than 10m gil. I agree that it has something to do with supply and demand, but I don't think you have to undercut that price so fast.

Let's say there were a few bustiers for 15m and they were sold (and I know they are very popular on my server). You craft a new one, offer it on the marketboard and nobody buys it anymore. That's fine, you decide to drop the price a little. Hell, you could even sell it for 10m. I just can't understand why you should do such a HUGE price drop within 2 days? That's just not logical, in my opinion.

If no one was buying it for 15 million... perhaps it isn't WORTH 15 million on your server?

I pay more attention to the sale history of an item, and the frequency at which it is bought, than what other people are trying to get for it. Sure, a guy might have a rare pet listed for 5 million, but if the last 5 sold for 1 million, and none of them have sold in the last week, maybe starting at 1-2 million would be a smart idea.

As long as the undercut price isn't lower than the cost the seller paid for that item, there's literally no problem with undercutting. And even if it is lower, that's their loss.

I love severe undercutters. Allows me to buy up items at a low cost and resell them higher. And if someone wants their goods sold faster, then there's no problem undercutting. There's a reason that RL stores have clearance sales... they are just trying to get rid of product.

This is EXACTLY one of the cases where DoH absolutely IGNORE the possibilities of DoW/DoM.
NOBODY who is not a crafter/gatherer has 15m gil to spend on 1 piece of glamour! They don't even have the 10m for it. Most likely not even 5m... See what I am getting at?

People who never focused on "getting rich" will likely not have more than 5m. I am one of these people, I have just barely over 1.2m, even if I had not wasted any gil, I would be barely over 2m.
So what's the correct price if you want to sell something to DoW/DoH? Almost always at most 2m.

The economy is insanely bloated on way too many servers.

Are they undercutting or are people overpricing?
If they can still make Gil when pricing 50k lower then perhaps some people were being greedy?

Oh, I only have 3m gil and I've never been rich in the game xD So I know how you're feeling. :) It's just that I don't understand how a price drops over 10m gil within 2 days and I thought it was funny.

Well IMO it's pretty simple, the rich have bought their overpriced swag, and stuff stopped selling for 15m.
Now the new sellers had two possibilities:
1) Cut down slowly and hope that some semi-rich will eventually buy it.
2) Do the math/ask round how much people are able/willing to pay for it, and cut directly to that price.
