selling coil runs and primals

Selling run is not the problem as it is not against any of SE and the game rules ,however it does encourage player to buy RMT gil & pay for those run. I heard a player pay 27kk (27m) for T6 before the unlock, and he then pay 30kk for 7 and 8 and then another 30kk for T9, total is 87kk in 1 day from 1 player. They were some what sure it is RMT money but sell the runs anyway.

So at some point, the sell run does have something to do with the RMT but ppl will RMT regardless if there is a sell run or not, they don't get ban for doing that so why not ? the whole housing thing is already a good reason for ppl to RMT (money is easy to make but if you assume everyone have that money then you are wrong).

If I have to choice between help a random player to win a primal fight/a coil turn or sell it to them, I d prefer sell it to them, because I have NO BENEFIT in help those random player but if I sell it to them, I can make some k to kk.

Alexander is not locked up behind any part of Coil. With the progression argument out of the way, did you really spend millions and millions of gil for something that you could have viewed in youtube? Cause I doubt one could get any feeling of accomplishment out of a sold run.

I spent 750k on a titan hard clear, 3 mil on a t5 clear, and 500k on a ramuh hard clear.

I am currently scheduling my shiva hard clear, for the story mode. its looking like another 750k.

now, keep in mind, I make about 1 mil per day, just off accessory sales. these numbers are nothing.

Also, keep in mind, I cant even clear snowcloak on my own, legitimately. I had to be carried dead, through it. This is because of my 2 second action delay on any actions, due to my using remote play.

It's nice that you make 1 mil gil per day. I do that too. But you are paying gil for story mode clears (T5 not included, it's not needed for progression) that can be done with any Duty finder group, for free? REALLY?

You could jump off the cliff right away during a Titan HM clear and people won't care.

For one, the titam HM clear was back in 2.2. At that point, DF groups were having trouble with Titan HM, and that wasn't an option.

More importantly, though, it gave me a connection with the run selling group. They discounted future runs, and as a repeat customer, I have an easier time getting people for irrelevant content as a result.

This list also doesn't include the farm runs purchased in bulk for allagan leather desynths. Sometimes, gotta spend gil to make gil. :)

I would certainly NOT consider 750k for a Shiva HM clear to be a discount, that fight is a faceroll in any DF group and that specific group should be ashamed for taking that much gil from you, especially for a repeat customer.

But hey, I'm not going to convince you anyway, so please continue with what you are doing. At least you are making 7 other people happy, and they are making you happy. :cool:

I left my old FC because selling runs was all they were doing and it's just not some "behaviour" or attitude I can understand or support. To act like "Yes, but I have no way to know FOR SURE if the gil comes from a gil buyer or maybe he earned it legitimately!" - sorry, who are you trying to fool? You can just tell and you know, the amounts of gil that were involved it was RMT money and I have no tolerance for that. If people are like "Why you mad, brah, 's just a game after all" then yeah, I guess you're right. I'm not mad though, rather disappointed and resigned. But I really wish SE would swing a huge ban hammer to those people taking obvious rmt money. Why does anyone need 20, 30, 40+ mil gil anyway in this game <.<

Especially materia. My bank account before and after, after needing 16 craftsman competence 4's at 600k apiece for a single artisan off-hand tool (one piece of gear ended up costing almost 15 mil!), made me cry a little.

Off topic, but if they implement either of these, ill be a happy duck. Like, that would be the highlight of my patch. Make one an outdoor furnishing even!

Hehe, sorry, it was a rhetorical question =) Obviously people who take (sometimes obscene) amounts of gil for some scripted 10min-fight will have their use for such "money", even if it's the good old dragon pile or Scrooge Mcduck-kinda incentive to bath in all those shiny gils.
